Very poor customer service, I ordered flowers through FTD and this florist did not fill the order…read moreas pictured, the bouquet was to have 12 long stem roses and small whit flowers with a red bow on the vase, they sent an arrangement with only 8 roses and tons of baby's breath and no bow, when I called the florist to ask why they didn't fill the order as shown in the FTD picture catalog they told me that their cost for that arrangement would have cost more to send the 12 roses and that they are not going to correct the arrangement, I paid $75 for this arrangement and 12 roses should have easily been achieved, white flowers and a bow....really! This issue should be between FTD and their contracted florists, a florist should not sign up with big floral companies is they are not up for the task. The driver called my cell phone for me to come downstairs, as I live in a dormitory where you have to scan into the building. She was in the lobby waiting for me, and was nothing but smiles. She was very upbeat and friendly and had me sign before wishing me a happy Valentine's Day. The bouquet is beautiful. It came in a plain glass vase, alongside a small white teddy bear and a pink, heart-shaped helium balloon. The flowers are made up of different kinds of lilies and roses and some smaller "filler" flower that I'm not sure what it is. There's also a glittery red heart nestled in the blooms. They are making my dorm room smell absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that some of the lilies are already a little brown along the edges. They're not dead or anything, but I did notice some off coloring in the petals. I'm totally happy with my surprise, and I'd be happy to get flowers from Cinnamon Lane again in the future.
