The day before she guided the Wedding Party through the ceremony rehearsal and was so patient and her instructions and suggestions were clear and helpful. The day of the ceremony was great went great,it was a true celebration of the love they share and the future they will share. Our family is happy with Officiant Monica. She is very kind,well mannered,and professional. I would really recommend her to anyone that needs Pre Marital, Marital,or individual guidance. A Wedding by Officiant Monica will definitely be a memorable and special. It wasn't until the day after that I was made aware of everything that transpired because my family and vendors tried keeping it under wraps to keep me calm so I could enjoy my day. Per my groomsmen, he was yelling at his wife during set up of the DJ equipment. I had messaged him the Wednesday before my wedding to let him know I needed to keep a timeline that my photographer/videographer needed so I could get the footage I wanted for my wedding. He never responded and kept with his timeline without consulting with me. When the photographer asked what was going on he yelled at her, pointed his finger in her face and had my sweet videographer in tears. It was all recorded and I watched it the following day. Instead of coming to me and my husband he decided to continue with his timeline and harass my vendors. I am disgusted with the fact that my vendors did not feel safe at my wedding and feel awful for them. The owner of my venue also said he was rude until he had realized that he was the owner. Personally, if I had to do it all over again I would have chosen a different DJ for my day. I had no idea what was going on with the timeline and was very stressed since I was prepared for the timeline my photographer/videographers had set and figured that was not going to change since I didn't receive a response from him after telling him the timeline that we needed. I hate to leave negative reviews for companies, but I would hate for this same incident to happen to another bride and groom on a day that is suppose to be the happiest day of their lives.

Dirk, the owner, was super helpful with finding other vendors, too. He even made a trip to a local brewery to get the beer we wanted for the bar. Our original point of contact, Crystal, no longer works there, so there were some communication problems at first. Once we got those sorted things went great. There are only 2 things that keep this from being a 5 star review. One, they have an exclusive catering deal with a guy that treats his customers like trash. He tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars, and screamed at us when he got caught. Two, the wedding coordination services were basically non-existent. Our coordinator was supposed to be Monique, but I can't tell she did any coordinating. She wasn't there for rehearsal, even though the contract says she would be. I had to coordinate everything during the reception because she was too busy drinking and dancing with her daughter. She did a great job decorating. Decorating and coordinating were 2 different charges, though. I paid for both, but only got one.
