Darryl even made an extra trip out to our reception venue just so he could visualize what we wanted better, and direct his crew on how to set it up. The staff was always friendly and helpful in person and via email, and I was never charged with hidden fees I didn't know about. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price of linen rental. This may be the price that the linen company sets, not TRU, but $15 for linens you can't keep seems crazy to me. I purchased mine for $7 each online, laundered them afterward, and now I'm reselling them to make most of my money back. Buy linens, don't rent them, unless you've got unlimited funds.

My now husband and i got married in Forest Park, in St. Louis June 10, 2011 (this year) yes, only 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with his service and his professionalism, I had to write a wonderful review about how easy he makes it to work with. My husband and I live way out of town (it was a destination wedding) because my family is from Kansas and his is from Ohio. St. Louis is half way in between, so this was our deciding factor. Paul communicated with me easy over a few weeks through email, and phone about all the details we needed and questions we had about everything. he even was very polite and went out of his way to work with us via our payment options. Started the process of choosing a party rental company for our daughter's October outdoor wedding…read morereception back in July. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

I called to inquire and in doing so the lady who answered knew that the arrangement was poor and put the owner on the phone. Not only was the order horrible but the service I received from the owner was horrid. He told me that it was a 19 mile drive when I paid $8 for delivery which was his set price. When I place the order they told me they deliver to address I gave them and that it was a short 5 miles. He argued with me about the arrangement and I told him I have pictures to show him of what was in it. He told me that he didn't care and told me to never order from there again.. I am mortified by his rudeness!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!
