When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't. I had also specifically requested a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it went out for delivery and, while I was told it would be, it wasn't. When I landed had a message that they wanted me to call ASAP. I was shocked to hear that the delivery didn't occur because they didn't have the variety of flowers. I voiced my frustration that it's the thought that counts and since you can't redo a wake they should've delivered a substitute. I felt terrible and embarrassed that we weren't showing our respects for a devoted husband and employee.
