We have several office areas so it had to be a good size account for them, yet they paid no attention to our numerous complaints and concerns. Despite our polite communication with them things never seemed to improve. From our perspective it was not noticeable that they were even coming in to clean! Our floors were never touched, and if they cleaned the desks, they would leave a film behind, from their so called "enviro cloths". Even when we left obvious signs of attention for them, they seemed completely oblivious to it. Face to face contact with the account manager, made me feel like she was tired of hearing our complaints. She would always respond with, "so they (cleaning crew) could pay more attention to this area." It was infuriating to hear that after I told her straight out, that I didn't think the floors were being touched at all! A better job? How about doing the job at all! We feel this company is good for one thing, emptying the waste basket. Don't expect any results. In fact, there were several instances of water left running all night or standing water on the warehouse floors!! You know it's bad when you have to clean up after the cleaning crew!!
