While we already had Bella Shine as the interior cleaner to do the finishing touches on the house, we reached back out to them with how awful the painter did (with pictures). We agreed and executed a small change order and Bella Shine did an amazing job on the house, preparing it for sale on the market. Both I and my real estate agent thought the price was fair and reasonable. Bella Shine requested additional time to complete the cleaning job, but unfortunately I was not able to grant that additional time as a professional photographer was coming in. Instead of complaining, Bella Shine brought in an extra worker, started earlier, and there was zero conflict with the photographer. Amazing job, Bella Shine! Moral: Anytime you buy a discount through groupon or Angie's list or whatever, you have to ask yourself, why are they discounting their services anyway? Will you get the same service if you paid full price.
