She first started working with me when I was around 14 years old, and had to deal with maryland bridges due to two of my front teeth missing from a congenital defect. Not only is she extremely thoughtful towards the cosmetic side, she is extremely precise and excellent at what she does. She is also just a very sweet, lovely person. I always found the staff very sweet, aside from one hygienist who lectured me about electric toothbrushes and their importance. (I knew the importance, and I am extremely hygienic, so I felt that she was trying to tell me I wasn't cutting it, which is just weird.) Anyhow, Dr. Robinson got rid of her. I also live in NYC andI like her enough to not get a dentist out my way, and visit her when I go home to WMA. Seriously, the best of the best. Highly recommended!!

My daughter was in a scooter accident in Rome last year and fractured her jaw. Newmarket Dentistry…read morehas been helping her to recover her natural jawline with Invisiline, which I'm happy about. But the reason I'm writing today is this: I had a glitch with my HSA account and it wasn't processing my payments correctly, which impacted my paying Newmarket. I had the HSA issue resolved and didn't realize the monthly payments were still going on the Amex card I had given them in the interim. I just called the office, as I wanted to get a payment I had made earlier this week put on the HSA: 30% is 30%, right? After being told the standard line about not being able to change the payment method I asked for the office manager. I was very pleased to have the office manager, Naomi, come on and begin to work out solutions. She looked internally and thought she found a solution. And she was cordial and pleasant the entire time. In the end, her fix didn't work because of the 24 policy from their payment processing company. I didn't get want I wanted but I still came away feeling like I was heard. And I was there on the line so I know Naomi was making every effort possible on my behalf. And I'm 3,000 miles away so it matters to me that there is someone in this office who is looking after our care and interests. I'm very glad I called. And now I can't recommend the office staff, and more specifically Naomi, more whole heartedly.

What stood out for me was this team's sensitivity and care. Going to the dentist is really difficult for many people. Furthermore, there's a lot of deeply personal and emotional issues that can be relevant to people's dental histories and on-going dental health - eating disorders/mental illness, drug addiction, poverty, and childhood neglect, to name a few. I really appreciated that as a brand-new patient, Dr. Bonner took the time to meet with me one-on-one in a quiet office to discuss any concerns, rather than expecting me to discuss fears or problems while lying in treatment chair with lots of other staff around. During treatment, Dr. Bonner was very careful not to cause more pain or discomfort than necessary. The staff at this office was unfailingly friendly and professional. I was really impressed with this place - too often healthcare professionals can make patients feel inconvenient, dumb, or small but the compassion and respect I experienced at this office has stuck with me for a while. Definitely recommended, especially to anyone who has a hard time visiting the dentist.
