Although the front desk people were extremely friendly, Pinstack was a true let down. Mostly all of the games were broken and there isn't much that is kid-friendly (under the age of a teen). Yes, they have bumper cars, ropes, etc.;however, if you have a young child, they aren't allowed on those adventures. We thought this was similar to one of our regular spots, (D&B);however, we were wrong. While I would think about coming back to enjoy. Game of bowling, going to Pinstack strictly for the games is probably something that I would not do.

Went for spring break this week. They had 67 slime and we loved it!!! I want to go back to get more.

there was nothing very different from other bowling alleys. some of the arcade machines were a ripoff. they were out of a drink featured on the menu.

So I came here on Saturday for date night with my man and it was honestly perfect! I don't remember the last time I went bowling before this (probably like 10 years ago), whatever the case, this was a top-tier bowling experience!! He made a reservation for the VIP room which was perfect! Also, seeing as this was a surprise date night, I was wearing wedges so I obviously didn't have socks, thankfully they provided me with a complimentary pair and they were so comfortable! One of the most unexpected parts of this whole experience was how good the food was, because let's be honest, generally, we don't really have high hopes for bowling alley food but BABY - let me tell you, they have real chefs back there okayyy???!!! Everything was SO fresh and SO delicious!! The mozzarella sticks came out piping hot, and you can tell that they make their ranch in house, absolutely DELICIOUS!! Also my sprite was CRISPY, I'm talking jumper cable crispy (if you know, YOU KNOW)!! Plus you get to keep the cute cup that it comes in, LOVED THAT!! For my entree, I opted for the Texas Smokehouse Burger and it was honestly the epitome of the perfect burger. Plus the presentation?!?! IMMACULATE!! This whole experience was such a beautiful surprise and I am looking forward to coming back again, we absolutely LOVED IT!!

Came here on a Sunday night with friends, food was pretty good and they allowed us to bring it over into the bowling area and pay over there. Bowling was pretty unorganized and we had some mechanical problems with the lane in the beginning, but they extended our time a bit to make up for that.

I was here on February 15 at an event for the wonderful John Ritter Foundation. I'd never been here before but I'm anxious to go back. I loved the bowling, the music (awesome music!!) and the food was great! The staff were really nice and helpful. I didn't try any of the arcade games but I definitely want to do that next time. They had a great selection. I had such a fun time and I hope to visit again soon!

Came in on a Saturday around 1 and were able to get an alley in about 20 min. Price was much better than I anticipated - after $4.50 rentals per person, it was $84 for an hour and a half. The price goes up after 2 o'clock, so I recommend getting in line before then. Beer prices weren't bad either, got a 32 oz Dos Equis for $11. We tried extending our time but by 3:30 they had a 2.5 hour wait and we couldn't extend due to them being on a wait.

We came on a weekday with a group of 10ish people and had a great time! It wasn't too crowded, and the huge arcade area with a ton of different games/activities was a pleasant surprise. We ordered some drinks and a platter, which was pretty good. Will have to try it again on a weekend and see how it differs, but overall it was a great experience.

There are a variety of games- PacMan, a foosball like hockey game, racing games, pinball, frogger, shooting games, old classics like Fix-it-Felix, DDR, shooting hoops, skee ball and more! It's relatively clean and employees come help is something is glitchy or a ball is stuck in the basketball game, for example. They play music at an appropriate volume (this place is way less deafening than cidercade, and less crowded too!). I've never had food/ alcohol here so can't speak to that. It's definitely a great place to go, especially with a buddy, to get competitive and just unwind a little! My only complaint- the arrows in DDR are not very sensitive and tend to stick a little on their machines. It's very hard to adjust the initial difficulty level because the DOWN arrow on both sides of their machine is so not-receptive to touch you have to jump on it with intense force to move it from basic to more difficult. I'm actually pretty good at DDR and kept getting BOOS from arrows I was hitting. So just don't come here specifically for a DDR marathon and you won't be disappointed. Everything else was in good working order!

For about $13, you get unlimited free play all day, making it an excellent value. The arcade is a little smaller than some of the other Free Play locations, but it's packed with classic games from the '80s, '90s, and early 2000s, along with a nice selection of pinball machines. There's a full-service bar and food menu. I didn't try the food, but the drinks were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there aren't many places to set down a drink while playing, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy. The arcade is tucked away in an older shopping center, so it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Even with the Father's Day crowd, the staff stayed busy while remaining friendly and the restrooms were clean. Overall, it's a fun and affordable place to spend a few hours, whether you're reliving your childhood or introducing someone else to classic arcade games.

My daughter had a blast. She collected enough tickets to win some cool prizes. Some of the games weren't working, but we got to enjoy most of them. It was a fun way to spend an hour or so.

I took my grandson to NickelRama a little over a week ago, while he was visiting from Ohio…read more Having never been, I had no expectations other than to think we were going to an "arcade." I had looked up NickelRama online just to verify that fact, and in so doing I read that all the arcade games were, go figure, a "nickel!" Anyhoo, what I did not realize was that NickelRama are a chain of "play for tickets" arcades, where one may then redeem the tickets for "prizes," akin to that which one might imagine winning at a carnival "Guess Your Age/Weight Booth," where number of prizes range from a stick of chewing gum or pencil topper on the low end to perhaps something electronic on the far upper end, depending on the number of tickets being redeemed. My grandson was fully aware of what we were getting into, as I quickly learned. After we made entry and each received our initial $10.00 purchase of 200 nickels, presented to us loose, in plastic cups, he immediately began searching the arcade for what he determined to be the game that would result in us accumulating the most tickets. This was not his first rodeo and he certainly knew the "name of the game" was quantity over quality, as far as ticket acquisition goes. The idea that we might challenge one another in some friendly video game mano a mano competition was quickly replaced by us challenging an electronically crafted gizmo to give up the most tickets possible, for later turn-in and prize procurement! As such was inevitable, he found THE game and thus, the challenge was on. It took us each about 45 minutes to burn through our 200 nickels. Well, I actually left the particular game and sought some variety of play, after about 160 or so nickels. That was short lived however, as I quickly realized my grandson's assessment was correct and the game to which he remained attached was the one that was most generous in spitting out tickets. Hence, I returned to sit beside him at the adjacent game and fed the remainder of my nickels into the machine. When our nickel cups were empty, I urged my grandson to walk about and seek out other possible games, but he quietly reminded me none were as generous as the one we'd just left. Still, I was seeking variety so, I enticed him with an additional cup of 100 nickels. He retrieved the cups and we began playing a game somewhat similar to THE game, but as he pointed out it just wasn't as lucrative. So, we went back to the machines we first sat at and fed. After a short period, we both were done and ready to feed our tickets into the Ticket Counters for tabulation. The ticket counters, booth count AND slice the tickets in half so they may not be reused/recounted. As our tickets were counted, he was declared the winner, by his count exceeding mine, by about 800 tickets! In total, we had a combined give or take 5300 tickets, with which he could now utilize to "shop" for prizes. With an "All-in" investment of just at $40, including the $5 entry fee for each of us to the NickelRama, he was able to get a tiny rubber eraser, a pair of large foam dice, and a plastic foam ball pop gun. In the end, I considered it money well spent, since the goal of the trip was to spend some quality time out with my grandson. He had fun and I had fun! He was shown that he was valued by my following his lead in our quest. And, he outperformed me in the acquisition of tickets! If you're looking to spend some time with your little ones and you want them to feel good about themselves, a NickelRama can fill that need! If you go, just keep in mind, that the quality is not in the prizes but in the time spent together! Live well. Be well. Cheers!

This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. I would love to give this place 5 stars. However, we paid for one hour. First issue was the names. They got one of the names wrong. They put Paul instead of Ethan. So no big deal. We waited around for a time while they fixed that. Then we started our adventure. We had fun BUT then as we solved the adventure, the VERY END was about to happen. We just did our very last objective aaaaaaand the screens went black. The girl said our time ran out. We looked at the clock for our escape room and it said 49 minutes. Which means they started the clock on our time 11 minutes before we started the game! Which caused us to miss the big ending! What a let down. And that also means they were running the clock the entire time we were just waiting while they tried to fix the name mistake that they made. By the way, they also spelled my name as Jejfff instead of Jeff but we let that one ago. I didn't feel like paying another 11 minutes just for them to fix that name too. I mentioned to the girl at the end that we didn't get to see the ending. We still should have 11 more minutes! But she just looked at me blankly and said "oh sorry". Sooooo. I wanted to like it. But I feel we were sort of jipped out of the escape room ending. UPDATE: We returned and the situation was resolved! We did a different escape room this time ("Alice" at the owners suggestion), and the experience was very cool. Our time was not cutoff, and we finished the room within the hour. Everyone was friendly and polite. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the resolution! The ooooonly complaint is that I would prefer the goggles to be more thoroughly cleaned between patrons using them. A few of us had that issue, blurry dirty goggles. But that's a minor complaint. Great job!
