When I was looking into hypnosis, I did not know enough about it yet to be able to trust it. I had…read morethose old-school ideas that somehow, hypnosis was going to make me sleep and it just didn't make sense to me on that level. From doing hypnosis, I have more of a connection to where things came from in my past and now a peace to be able to work with those aspects in real time. Today, I feel I have more control over my mind and more power and tools to get out of my own way. Even though I maintained a level of skepticism, working with Eric felt like I was catching up with an old friend and I was always left feeling more peaceful and in a better place. As a result, day to day, I have less anxiety, feel closer to my values, and I definitely sense that I have expanded in the field of spirituality.

Cons: The approach seemed like a one-size-fits-many solution, and maybe it does work for many, but the deeper we got into it, the less faith I had in it as something that was capable of specifically meeting my needs, and the more it just seemed like culturally appropriated mumbo jumbo by a dude who's going to spend 3 hours telling you that you're all better over Zoom, then go take his 5th vacation of the year to Hawaii. Bottom line: If anyone is here looking to solve substance-related issues, I'd strongly encourage you to look for help through a conventional medical provider, especially if you have health insurance. That approach will take more time and effort on your part, but the data shows that it usually pays off if you're willing to do the work. I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. For me, Eric's services were a waste of many hundreds of dollars. Spending the same amount on out of pocket sessions with a cognitive behavioral therapist would have yielded a better outcome.

The best hour of my life!…read more I've visited Gwenn multiple times over the years for different things. I've referred family and friends to her without hesitation. She is exceptional! When I try to describe how she works... MAGIC. The best hour of my life: I woke up with a neck so sore and stiff I couldn't easily lift my head off the pillow. Could not turn my head toward either shoulder. I first thought I'd go to the chiropractor. No availability for a few days. I called Gwenn. She stood up the massage table and covered me with a cozy blanket. Then she cupped the base of my skull in her hands. For an hour? A day? I was completely in the moment. I didn't feel "massage" from her hands. instead I felt a warm sensation slowly spreading throughout my entire body, head to toe. When I got up, I could turn my head nearly all the way to either shoulder and the pain was greatly reduced. She is warm, intuitive, professional, and effective. Don't hesitate, get in touch.

And for me, hypnotism was more of a carnival act than a tool to deal with life's problems. I have seen several therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists over the years for personal help and to help my son with his anxiety. All I can say is that I wish I had gone to Gwenn before seeing the others. She does everything the therapists do, but in a much quicker timeframe! And she gives you better tools to rewire your brain to avoid the unwanted behavior. She helped me understand why I was behaving in a certain way AND she gave me tools to use to change my future behavior. I honestly feel like you could go to a CBT therapist for 6 months or Gwenn for a few visits and come out ahead with Gwenn. She's that smart!

If you're looking for guidance or a fresh perspective through tarot, coaching, Reiki, or hypnotherapy, I'd recommend giving Isabella a try. In my experience, her insights were thoughtful and accurate and very helpful. 5 stars!

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

I had successfully used hypnotherapy in the past for an unrelated issue, so I was optimistic that this would make a difference. I am delighted to report that my anxiety was immediately reduced as a result of the sessions, and my healing was frankly a breeze. Certainly I can't claim that it was pain free- some pain was expected, however it was as I visualized it. The doctors were pleased with my early progress , and indicated that hypnosis can indeed impact results. Lisa was a pure professional and the fact that she is a licensed, experienced surgical nurse only added to the experience. I loved the fact that I was sent home with a recording so I could continue on my own both pre and post procedure. I highly recommend Real Change Hypnosis. My first hypnotherapy session was a little over two months ago and the change in my body image has been so positive. I find I am wearing much more colorful clothing (I used to only wear black), and shopping has become fun again. Lisa made me 2 recordings for the body image, one of which I can drift off to sleep while listening. Recently, I went back to have another session to focus on weight loss. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I no longer crave sugar, but instead focus on healthy food and actually crave veggies. Again, she made me a recording so that I can listen over and over again. She also checks in to make sure the recordings are effective and offers to make changes if you feel that you need them. I will admit that I have used hypnosis in the past and had good success (quitting smoking over 17 years ago), so I do know that it works for me. Lisa is a consumate professional. The office is incredibly peaceful and her voice is so melodic. I highly recommend Lisa if you have some goals you want to achieve!

From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

My creative flow was blocked, finding myself feeling stagnant, less motivated and I figured my physical chakras were unbalanced. I practice Reiki self-treatment to reduce stress, but somehow I needed another Healer's energy, guidance and to help me amplify my very own natural healing ability. Glecie always provides a calming, pleasant and safe space; this is not the first time I have received Reiki from her. During my Reiki session, I was very relaxed, warm, and light as a feather. I felt myself letting go, worrying less and thinking more clearly. When it was over, Glecie briefed me on what opened up during my session and everything resonated with me. Turns out that I needed to do some Root chakra work to help align with my other physical chakras. The very next day I went to Arizona, exploring Sedona and the Grand Canyon which was a perfect time for Root chakra work and to reflect about my Reiki session with Glecie. Days later, I found myself connecting more with my camera, feeling inspired with every photo-shot I was capturing during my trip... I was present, confident, motivated and my creative flow was no longer blocked. Coming back from my trip, I realized that my Reiki session gave me a different perspective on how to approach creativity blockages and uncertainty - being outdoors and enjoying nature. I am grateful to God and the Universe that I was able to have this breakthrough and moment with Glecie, she guided me back to my creativity and inner peace. Namaste. P.S. Glecie offers Animal Reiki Healing as well! And my dog, Zara really loved every moment of it. Zara was very relaxed and fell into deep sleep.
