I practice Reiki self-treatment to reduce stress, but somehow I needed another Healer's energy, guidance and to help me amplify my very own natural healing ability. Glecie always provides a calming, pleasant and safe space; this is not the first time I have received Reiki from her. During my Reiki session, I was very relaxed, warm, and light as a feather. NB Yoga is a boutique studio - it's not very big but it has all the necessities that you would need to have a healthy practice. Each class seems to be able to fit 8 people or so, so make sure to sign up ahead of time if you can. The class I took was Flow Yoga. I typically go more to high energy vinyasa yoga classes so at first, I wasn't sure if this class would be intense enough for me. However, I really appreciated the slower cadence as it allowed me to focus more on my alignment and practice more mindfulness than I usually am able to. I would especially recommend this class to beginner yogis. If you're tired of the overly hyped yoga studios, or large classes where you're just lost in the crowd, I would highly recommend checking out NB Yoga.
