Rest assured, that is NOT what hypnotherapy is like AT ALL! LOL! Sandra is truly one of the most beautiful, caring people I have ever met! From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

I did two trauma healing sessions and one past life regression. It's as if my brain has been reprogrammed. My experience: Before the session, we discussed what I'd like to work on. Then when she starts, I gradually fall into a deep hypnogogic state. Her voice gets further away and it's as if my body/subconscious takes over and responds to her suggestions. After our sessions, I noticed that I was starting to process trauma that had been too painful/buried to do so consciously through other therapy methods. I'm starting to adopt healthier behavioral patterns, moving with more fluidity, and am slowly regaining my agency and my voice.I highly recommend Sandra, especially if you're dealing with trauma that feels too deep to reach with regular talk therapy. - Sophi D

I liked Kay right off the bat! She's gives off a very calm and friendly vibe and is wonderful to talk too. I enjoyed our sessions a lot. Talking through my issues was nice and getting her take was helpful. The sessions were very relaxing as well. What I regret was not taking the audios seriously. I should have listened to them every day to get the benefit but I neglected that. I think that was why I didn't really think hypnosis was fully for me. It helped but not as much as I hoped. Forward to April 2020. I got infected with Covid in March and was dealing with many symptoms that would not go away. One of them was horrible acid reflux. I've had acid reflux in the past but this was 20x worse! Diet and medicine weren't helping and Kay texted me to check in with how I was doing (perfect timing!). I figured why not try hypnosis again and see. We had our session via FaceTime. I really liked doing it via FaceTime bc I could do it from the comfort of my couch or bed. No looking for parking or driving to SF. I stopped the medicine but continued to eat GERD friendly and listened to the audio we made 3x a day. My acid reflux went away! I just had to be diligent. I then developed another covid symptom a week or so later which was horrible headaches and nerve pain. I had another session with Kay and my symptoms improved. A couple of weeks later I stated having chest pains and heart palpitations, which is think was because I was too plugged into social media surrounding covid. My anxiety went through the roof. I could not stop being anxious. It was really really bad. My heart was racing so much all day. I had a session yesterday and I'm already feeling less anxious. My heart rate is going back to normal and I'm so grateful to Kay. I was considering taking anxiety meds and but I'm glad I tried Kay first. I think it's a combination of talking it through with Kay and doing the therapy that really helped. She really is amazing at what she does and I recommend her to anyone dealing with either physical or mental issues.

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. I'm lucky to have the resources to have also worked with many talented therapists, including two concurrently (I was a real hot mess). When early childhood pre-verbal trauma arouse in working with these 2 therapists (one wasn't sure if this was my early childhood, the other was and we did/will do some exceptionally skillful emotional recovery work) I knew who to call (not Ghostbusters, but close as these are ghosts too). Willam has been his usually wry, funny, creative self in not addressing the loss or the trauma, but rather: what is it I WANT TO feel instead. It would be utterly trite and super simplistic to say that like my 1987 stop smoking tape we're replacing the limiting thoughts with positive ones ... and we are, but this is on an emotionally global scale. I would offer that you can't be afraid of a hypnotherapist (making you cluck like a chicken 'cause that's just stage bullshit) having you become or do something you don't want to (because that's impossible, I speak from experience), but you CAN hire a skillful one to be like the worlds most talented (William, that is) Subconscious Mind Cave Guide ... which is me waxing poetic that I've witnessed him gently working with "me" and "my parts" to find the most skillful "path" towards more emotional freedom and ease. Obviously "results may vary." I'll say that I'm an exceptional client in that I've done over 3 decades of emotional recovery work and in that time I've met some amazing healers, and some that I feel should have their licenses revoked. Willam is in a class all by himself: his skill level, training, style and success are top notch. 10 stars.
