    Broken box
    Damone J.

It's very sad that I have to write this negative review. I have been a loyal customer for a year now. I prefer Pinnochio Pizza over most pizza in Wilton. I've never had a problem with them.... Until tonight. I received my order on my porch, but I noticed the box was slightly ajar. I opened the box and realized that a slice of pizza was missing. That wasn't the big issue, things happen from time to time so we called them to see if we could get a replacement pie for the damaged one we had received. My wife called the store to speak to the owner and tell him about the issue, suggesting maybe the delivery person had something to do with the damage (because we did not know what else would cause such precise damage). The owner, instead of just working to correct the issue, argued with us concerning how loyal his driver was. He was very nasty to my wife, told her he "wasn't falling for it" and acted as if she had been lying about the situation...his tone was so disrespectful and disgusting that I had to get involved in the call. I work in food service and when food issues occur normal protocol is just to work with someone to replace their food. Instead, I spent 10 minutes arguing about the loyalty of his driver, and hearing him refuse to make us another pizza (even though we technically hadn't even asked him for one) Even when I said "take the driver's involvement out of the equation, we still have a damaged pizza" he asked me "you work in food service what would you do if someone called you with this complaint?" I responded, "I would just REPLACE their DAMN PIZZA." After all the arguing, he finally asked if we wanted a replacement pizza....we did not. He asked if we wanted our money back, we said yes and he hung up the phone. The experience was so unpleasant, my wife and I lost our appetite and just threw our two pies away. I can guarantee we won't be ordering from here EVER AGAIN. Because God forbid there is ever something wrong with our order in the future, clearly we would be verbally reprimanded and called liars. This is the most unpleasant experience I've had with a restaurant owner in Wilton and the most unpleasant experience I've had with a Wilton resident since I've moved here. We had been loyal, using this company for everything from business meetings to birthday parties. Never again. Wishing all of you better luck than we had.

I'm really confused about this restaurant. I ordered a calzone and what I received was just gross. No ricotta at all just mozzarella, meat, and grease. And I mean tons of grease. I couldn't even eat this. I asked to be called when the delivery was here since I was working in the basement but instead the man opened the door and stepped inside and shouted out to me. Not appropriate. I won't order again.

The staff here is very friendly Their food is so good I come here every day for lunch! I work across the street, with many choices around me, but it only took one bite of their buffalo chicken slice for me to fall in love with it. The slices are pretty big so it can keep you full till dinner. They have many other food selections other than pizza that I have seen other customers order which look good and at a great price. If you are in Wilton and craving some pizza, definitely stop by here :)

    The outside
    Hello R.

We had a medium pepperoni pizza and garden salad. The pizza is good, slightly greasy. The tomato sauce has small little chunks of tomato and it's tasty, the pizza crust is kinda puffy. The garden salad was very basic, they do serve Dr. Pepper so points for that! The place is very plain but for a quick bite it's good. Hello Ridgefield www.helloridgefield.com

Does this look like salad pizza????

Highlights included the Ceasar Salad and shaved Brussels Sprouts, as well as the Pear Salad and Branzino. "A birthday dinner that actually felt like one."…read more Sienna Ristorante gets the balance right in a way most places don't. The space immediately stands out with a clean, modern feel that still feels warm, not staged or overly polished. It sets the tone before the food even hits the table. The meal itself followed through. The complimentary bread with oil was simple but done right, soft with a good crust and a clean, flavorful dip. We shared the wild mushroom arancini, and that was the first real standout. Crispy on the outside, rich on the inside, and the sauce was the kind you keep going back to without thinking. It carried the dish. For mains, I went with the wild mushroom pizza, which came out with a well balanced crust and just enough weight from the toppings without feeling heavy. The mushrooms were the focus and they delivered. The honeynut squash ravioli leaned more delicate, slightly sweet, and felt more composed than expected in a good way. Drinks held their own too. The Old Fashioned was clean and steady, while the lychee martini added something lighter and more refreshing to the table. They close the meal with biscotti and limoncello, which already would have been enough, but we added the tiramisu and that was the right call. It rounded everything out without feeling excessive, just a clean finish to a well paced dinner. Service matched the tone of the restaurant, attentive without hovering, and the pacing of the meal felt natural from start to finish. This is the kind of place that feels intentional. Not just good food, but a full experience that actually holds together. Easy to come back to, especially for something worth celebrating.

We sat down promptly at 5:30 and it was already packed. Almost every table was full. I'm not sure whether they were short staffed but service was only ok. Our server seemed to disappear for a long time. They took our drink orders and appetizers, which took a while to come out, probably half an hour. They were solid - the meatballs were soft and flavorful, the calamari was good. You could probably skip the baked clams - they were a bit chewy and gritty. The charcuterie board or whatever it's called was fine too. When we finally put our dinner orders in, we were already about an hour into sitting down. I had the "pollo rustico," which was pretty much just chicken scarpariello, which I love. It was very good here too, with big portions. Spicy, the chicken was a bit weird - seemed to be a few pieces instead of a breast. But cooked well. My wife had the eggplant, which was excellent. The food was good, it just took forever. The clams and risotto were very good, but the crab was appalling, I wish I took a picture. It was a skimpy crab with literally maybe 2-3 teaspoons of meat in it, no exaggeration. The owners actually came over to ask how everything was, and when we told them about the crab and the fact that there wasn't any meat in it they just said "well, it's a whole crab" and walked away. I was really confused. I don't know whether they overcooked it (likely) or if it was caught too late, either way no apology whatsoever from them. m The shell had the consistency of hard shrimp skin, not something easy to chew like it should have been. One clam app, one risotto and the crab were $125 And I had to make my daughters dinner once I got home. I don't think I will be returning, there are plenty of better restaurants in the area.. what a shame.
