Tasty brick oven pizza and great cocktails . Easy online ordering and friendly staff.

First time at Milestone, and we really enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere. We had a group of nine, and everything was handled well. Wait service was prompt and the food was well-paced. We ordered a mix of individual entrées and shared dishes. You can tell when a restaurant is well run and organized, and this is one of those. At our end of the table, we enjoyed the Greek salad, cheese pizza, and salmon. Several people took advantage of the Taco Tuesday drink specials. There's patio seating available as well, though I'm not sure if it's heated. I'd definitely come back. read more

Refused service to a woman with a seeing eye dog because the manager said the dog was "unsanitary" manager wanted her to sit outside in the rain. Dog had a service vest, manager didn't care, never again. Forget this place read more

Our football officiating crew has enjoyed postgame dinners at this fun, welcoming restaurant. Karen is beautiful and friendly as she took our reservations and greeted us. They have big fire pit seating outdoors and looks fun especially in the fall. Our crew of 5-8 enjoyed the pizzas, burgers, meatballs, vast beers and the Montepulciano wine. The manager is supportive and friendly, our servers were attentive and welcoming! Definitely a fun place for families, groups or date nights! read more

We love milestone. Always great music and good vibes. It's a serendipitous place for us as a stranger who sat next to us at the bar became a great friend. It's that kind of neighborhood hang out that you always run into someone you know. Service is consistently good either dining indoor, outdoor, or at the bar. read more

A favorite. Feels like you are on a skiing vacation in VT and going into the Barn Door or Common Man or someolace like that. Great vibe. Great pizza. Good for kids. Live music on Fri or Sat nights. Lunchtime you sit outside. Burgers are delich! And the staff is always great. read more

Overall, decent experience, might come back. The ambience is very cool and definitely a romantic environment. It is a little dark and difficult to read the menu, but very pretty inside. The food is average. Nothing spectacular, but not bad. The menu is pretty limited, but they should have something for everyone. The prices are on the higher side for sure. This, however, is normal for the area, so I don't want to knock them too hard for that. The service is where it gets tricky. The people themselves were extremely kind, but the service was very very slow. It was also almost impossible to get a hold of a waiter or waitress. This was especially frustrating considering we were some of the only people in the restaurant that night. They did apologize and tried their best to make it right though, so I give them props for that. read more

If you're looking for a lively venue for a large group with comfort food, visit this restaurant! They have multiple large tables, live music often and delicious classic American food. The milestone burger has to be the most flavorful burger I've had in awhile! There's a good reason why it was nominated for best burger in CT this year! The pizza had a soft crust and was a perfect personal size. The service was a little slow but the staff was super friendly. read more

So you won't stumble upon this place unless you're out here. But it's a great find. Your excellent upscale pub-ish food with lovely outdoor seating, friendly service and ultimately delicious food. We started with black Truffle pizza. You should too. Then a pasta that was just right. Oh and the beer. And we'll, you get the idea. We enjoyed it. You will too. read more

The Milestone is an interesting spot. The ambiance is warm and romantic, although be prepared to eat in a dark room with little light to even see your menu and the music is overwhelmingly loud. The service was subpar to say the least. Our waiter abandoned us to chat with patrons at the bar. While he did that, another waitress came over and could barely hold our food in her hands. The bread she served us was leaning on her bare arm and she was confused about how to put down our food without spilling it. In addition, the meatballs were mediocre and the pizza is soggy. Overall, the Milestone seemingly has potential but will disappoint if you're looking for exquisite food. read more

Had the best time here! I was able to catch one of the bands they had on a Saturday and they were such a blast. I sat at the bar so I could dance a bit any my bartender was phenomenal. The food was great, too (I got their quinoa bowl & took some to go so I finished the avocado first) & it was still great for breakfast. Definitely will be back!! read more

Nice Surprise! We visited Milestone for the first time last evening and we were impressed. Good food (I had the Arthur Avenue Pizza), my wife had the "Clam-Soupy" appetizer as her main dish. Both were very good. Nice service, lively atmosphere. All good and we'll happily return. read more

I had this placed bookmarked for some time and I am glad I finally came for lunch. The restaurant has several areas set up for dining, 2-outside areas, bar area and a large dining area inside the restaurant. For my lunch I had the meatball parmigiana sandwich which was a perfect portion size, served with pickled veggies. My girlfriend had the Margherita pizza which was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and the service which was provided. As we were dining we also saw a flier which advertised live entertainment as well. read more

Service was non existent not only at our table but many of the tables around us. Waiter could not be bothered to check on us and spent most of his time chatting with the bartender. Food was average at best. read more

A solid choice if the expectation is pub/"elevated pub" food. Service is prompt and friendly, food overall is good, albeit sometimes just a tad off the mark. Shishito peppers at times are too salty; the Caesar salad could use a little more oomph in the dressing, though the anchovies and charred croutons add interest. Naked burger during a most recent visit was cooked medium rather than rare as ordered, and appeared to have been created from two thin patties stuck together rather than one thick patty. Desserts and espresso are good. Prices post Covid are less "value oriented", but in line with other establishments of its ilk. read more

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, it's a barn turned into a cute rustic lounge. Small menu which leaves meals packed with flavor! Got the fig jam pizza and it savory, sweet and delicious. The cocktails all sounded good, definitely not a typical menu very complex flavors combined for a unique drink! Tequila and aperol together in a cocktail is my New favorite combination read more

Back home in CT ! We thought we would try a new spot for us z this was a great find. I started with the tomato bisque, excellent, then the Short Ribs, one of my favorites. Excellent. My husband ordered the pasta dish with broccoli and sausage, loved it. My daughter had the shrimp dish, great. All a 5 star ! We ate outdoors, heaters kept us nice and warm. read more

This is some good food, especially if you want some burgers. The burger that I got tasted really good, and had the perfect portion size. Service was quick and friendly. The music they played was great, and I liked the ambience. I would come back here again, it has excellent food. read more

Food price / quality rating 7. Atmosphere is kind of neo-industrial / tavern. The service was very good. I had the Shrimp and Grits entree. Overpriced at $34, and not real flavorful. Five good sized shrimp on top of grits.....and nothing else. À la carte for $34 is the new reality, apparently. The wife had an appetizer of red & white chopped beets with some ricotta cheese. $12. ....for a small serving of chopped beets. WTF? I also had a single pint of draught heer - which was $12. There was nothing really bad about this place..... I just thought it was overpriced compared to the alternatives read more

Burgers served tonight (5/31/23) were noticeably off in taste and smell; sent them back. Chef or servers ought to have noticed the bad meat before cooking and serving it to customers. My partner was with a large men's group from a church, the rest of the group's food was okay, but no one else ordered the burgers. Wings were decent. Although the server was notified that the meat smelled and tasted off, no apologies were made, and the restaurant made no attempt to rectify the two orders that were sent back. Servers were young and inexperienced. Not their fault, it's the fault of the manager. Won't be back. There are decent alternatives for the money. read more

This place is amazing, well deserving of the 5 star rating. Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant and absolutely delicious food. I had roasted beets, spatchcock chicken and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. My drink was lunch with Elvis, a mixture of whiskey peanut butter and banana. Just a wonderful experience read more

What a ride... We each ordered the Winter Salad. $16 each. Salad is supposed to contain roasted pepitas (8 in my salad, plenty in my companion's), braised pears (3 slices in mine, plenty in my companion's), red beets (5 slices in mine, plenty in my companion's), goat cheese (1 chunk, a few crumbles)... you get the picture. I paid $16 for a pile of spinach cut up with scissors. We were here for Saturday brunch and there was 1 other couple there so the kitchen wasn't slammed, as far as I could see. I don't get it. We were so stoked for a newer restaurant in Georgetown and this place always seems packed. Must be for the bar? Such an expensive disappointment. read more

The atmosphere at Milestone is great! You'll find families, friends and people on dates who come and gather to enjoy the good food and friendly service. We came here on New Years with our friends. Live music and a great scene. The menu has a full array of options, highly recommend the wings and pizza (they have their own pizza oven). Our local favorite! read more

Best burger in CT. A little loud when the kids visit but generally a very cool place. Oh, and by the way, the beer is super cold!

These folks mix a good cocktail and sling great pizzas. We had a chicken special that came with mashed potatoes that were stellar.

The place was a little dirty, you could tell just by passing my hand over the table full of dust, the food was cold and the server's attention was very bad. From my table you could hear the kitchen people arguing, I think it was the waitresses or even food runners. Throwing things in front of everyone was not a good spectacle for a family with children. I will not return here and Mmmmmm I would not recommend it either. read more

Good food, good atmosphere, Dave the server was friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is the price of their drinks. I understand inflation, but the drink prices are through the roof! 16 oz Maine Lunch $12, Mixed drinks average $15. Seriously? Come on read more

We hosted an AMAZING graduation luncheon at Milestone recently. Terrific service from Jake, something for everyone on the beautiful brunch menu, the staff remembered my offhand idea of putting out a few fresh pizzas for folks to snack on during arrivals, and all the great outdoor seating made pandemic precautions super chill & effective. Thank you so much, Milestone team! read more

Milestone - We love this spot for a special occasion! - Tapas/Small Plates Near Me - Redding, Connecticut

My children made reservations at this restaurant for Mother's Day back in April. Milestone staff could not find our reservation when my daughter called the night prior to confirm but because she was able to give her info, they accepted our reservation. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find our table setting outside, in the sun, with no covering on a bench in an area used for waiting. We had two small children (which we noted on the reservation). When we asked if there was any way we could be seated inside, the manager (Red long hair, I don't remember her name) said they were booked. When we looked around inside there was a generous number of tables available. When we bought this to the manager's attention, she asked us if being outside was" really a bother" because it would take a lot out of her to put together tables to accommodate us (There were 8 of us including the two little ones). She instructed the waiter to hold the order we had placed, until she was able to "do some magic". Once we were moved inside, we realized there were even more tables available. After about 15 minutes, we were then informed our order was somehow "lost" and would take a while before the food came out. This was unacceptable at this point. Because my children wanted to bring me to dinner at this restaurant, and we questioned whether another restaurant could take a party our size as a walk in, I chose to stay. The manager stated she would comp us some bread for the tables while we waited, but that already comes with the service. Not until we requested two fruit bowls for my grandsons, because at this point, they were cranky and hungry, did she actually give us anything. The food, once it was served, was good. No comp on a meal or even drinks. We left there feeling the $500+ bill was a waste, but not as much as our time. I will not be returning here, and I will be going back to the friends I recommended to Milestone and let them know that they should not go here. To feel like an inconvenience on Mother's Day, was truly the biggest slap in the face a mother can feel. read more

The food is excellent and the service is warm and friendly. The building and decor fit into the community.

Food here is amazing! Everything we ordered was great. Cesare salad was offered with/out anchovies. Burger was delicious. Pizza was spot on. My six year old daughter ate three full sized meatballs. The meatballs are ridiculous. Phenomenal atmosphere! This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the area. Theres an outdoor space that's beautiful too. This place was much needed in this area. Service was great. Love it! read more

Had a great time at their Octoberfest afternoon this past Sunday. There was a great fire outside near the corn hole games. 2 very nice bartenders who kept two German kegs flowing and a live band made for a great environment to relax for a while before heading in for a nice German meal. But not before we got the delicious pretzel. It was heavenly. We went inside and got a table and warmed up a bit. Their normal menu looked good so we order some very delicious wings. They had some heat with a slight asian(?) flavor. The German food was very well done. I had spatzel and red cabbage with a side of wiener schnitzel. Buddy had the braces with the same sides. The food was great. Maybe next year add in some potato pancakes with apple sauce. read more

Our first visit to Milestone, recommended by our daughter & son-in-law who live locally. First, we were warmly greeted by the Manager & disinfectant wipes! The restaurant was SO proactive in maintaining a clean atmosphere with all the hype of the Corona virus. We ordered the Short Rib Ragu w/Pappadelle, the Cherry Peppers Pork Chop, Farro Salad & some Shashito Peppers- everything was delicious, fresh & prepared to perfection! The restaurant is modern, friendly & clean with a great menu - we had no room for dessert but promised to return for some strawberry shortcake & apple crisp! 5 stars for food, service & price! read more
