He is a high energy kid and the instruction at Tearney's has helped him to focus in school, gain more control over his balance and given him the discipline to pay attention at school. They also have great karate classes for adults, who can start at any age. As a bonus, when you take the karate classes, you can take unlimited kickboxing classes at no extra cost. I take the kickboxing classes and especially like the self defense classes. They are a great way to stay fit!

The AWARE class was so much more than that. Jeanine and Heath taught us how to be aware of our surroundings, how to notice when something is off, and how to be ready to do what you need to do to get out of the situation.
