Up until about 2 months ago I really liked this gym, now I dread going…read more It makes me sad because this is probably one of the best gyms in the area, for the best price, and biggest in size. If you are planning on going at 3-5 pm, I suggest you switch up your workout routine. The place is swarming with college kids who all have to workout together and hover over one machine for an hour. If they're not hovering then they need the perfect lighting for their selfies and take up spots near the free weights to do so. The gym can't control that it's busy, that's great for them that they're getting all this business, especially during these times. It's just annoying for those that want to be there to get a good workout in. I have left the gym early multiple times recently as there was 1. No room or 2. Just out of being annoyed with nothing being available. A common problem has been people going back and forth using two machines at once.. you can't do that when the gym is packed! If you do sign up early morning hours, or right before close I have found to work best. The hours are also very frustrating especially on the weekends, I wish they were open until at least 6 pm for those of us that work weekends as well. I would switch over to somewhere else, but...... we don't really have options around here. Staff here is very friendly, and they are on top of all of their cleaning and enforcing people to wear masks. In regards to personal trainers, this isn't directly linked to the gym I learned. They're third parties who utilize the gym, but their services are separate. I did not partake in any classes, my friend did, and it was a complete waste of money. Dave was her trainer and not once, not twice, but three times in less than a month she showed up for her sessions and he was no where to be found, to send a text later saying he forgot they were scheduled and he was busy..... On multiple instances very unprofessional. Just seems like he's there to flirt with the ladies. Would not recommend him, other trainers I have seen around seem great!

This used to be a great place years ago until the pandemic hit and the college students started…read morecoming here to work out. after that space was limited due to the college students. Staff does not monitor students spending excepting amounts of time on one machine often there will be a line of them hanging out at one machine and using it back to back or they will be " super setting" picking up two machines but between each machine, they'll take about 20 to 30 minutes to go from one machine to the other other times, they'll be using the dead left or squat area and then sit in the bench area and take up both empty benches that other people can be using while they sit and rest as well as the sit up and dead lift area. Then they are constantly taking out tripods or taking selfies/videos in the restroom, which is bizarre they have no consideration about who may be in the background using the bathroom stalls. Also, there's no dress code and often women are wearing a very lewd outfit showing off areas not everyone else in the gym wants to see.
