Advanced registration was not required, so I just showed up a few minutes before the class started in order to sign-up and get settled. They offered shareable mats at no cost and had many other props available as needed. The studio was located on a hill and had floor-to-ceiling windows, so the views were incredible. Though the place had been open for a few years, everything seemed new and clean. (However, I do wish others wiped down their mats after class, as I did!) My session was taught by Laurie Sanford and was rather challenging, despite being for all levels. It was a good blend of being active and doing relaxing stretches. I would definitely go back if I found myself in the area again.
