This place is clean and had early morning hours and had the right equipment that was needed for us - it's better than what they had at the courtyard. We bought a $35 weekly pass and it was perfect for our week in Cooperstown ASV. I am not sure if this review is for foxcare of the Y specialty gym which is part of ymca. I got a weeks pass for 30$ which I feel is pretty affordable. The gym has up to date equipment and the workout area was very clean. The only equipment they were missing was kettle balls. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The only negative is the bathrooms were nasty. The toilet seats needed to be replaced.
