I was referred to this place I traveled to this area for work and needed a pedi and sns set since my flight delayed I pulled up at 8:30am they don't open until 9am I was greeted by a nice looking guy with tattoos and told him I was referred to the salon and to ask for Leana I think that's her name (she's the owner) She arrived at 9:10 and greeted me at 9:15am told me she only take appts but she would try to see me and she would have someone to do my pedi first Needless to say I was never asked to have a seat in the chair to get my pedi started after sitting for a while I just walked out! My friend and I both got pedicures. I picked their aloe vera pedi priced at $44 and she picked their mango for the same price. When I paid they said it was $59. I thought I must've misread the price when choosing and so went ahead and paid. Wrong choice. When we got out to the car my friend said that the one she picked was $44 and they charged her $59 as well, so then I knew I wasn't mistaken. I had even pointed to mine on their price menu, so it's not like they didn't know which one I wanted. On top of that, we both had very painful pedicures, which I've never experienced before. They filed the nails so close to the skin it hurt. They also were scraping under the nails to clean them and poked my big toe pretty badly. It's been 4 hours now and it is still hurting, so I put peroxide on it hoping that it doesn't get infected. My friend's toes were bright red from pain 3 hours later because hers hurt so badly. read more

We had an appointment at 11. We didn't get seated until an hour later and after people who came in after us with no appointment. We sat and waited for 20 minutes with cold water until someone finally came to do our nails. After this I didn't feel I should tip. However, I went ahead and left $2. They two ladies up front had the audacity to complain about that when they were walking around rushing the technicians. Not only this but the seats were dirty as well. I have a really hard time being okay with a salon that tells me they have time to do two pedicures at noon and then I wait 30 minutes after my appointment time before we are even seated. Then to be RUSHED through our pedicure really upsets me. I don't appreciate that what should have been a 30-45-minute pedicure that only took 15 minutes because they were "too busy" to adequately take care of my mom and I the way we deserved as paying customers. I totally understand it being a busy day, but we would have much rather just been told that you all were too busy than to take us on just to get our money and it be a half ass job. Nail and cuticle cutting equipment was not sterilized for each client. Technicians were friendly but I am worried about nail infections after my treatment. Manicure did not include a massage. In the end, I paid way too much was for the manicures. The cost definitely did not reflect the experience. Do not recommend going to this place if you expect to be pampered. read more

I hate to leave a negative review, but this is one of the few times I feel like it's warranted. The quality of the services provided is WILDLY inconsistent. I have given this place a fair chance and it's left me disappointed more often than satisfied. I would say your overall satisfaction depends on who you get as your tech, but even the more experienced techs have left me waiting for over 45 minutes for a pre-scheduled appointment. I have asked for the simplest nail art possible (a thin line, one small heart, etc) and both times they've been awful. I wish I had pictures for reference. If you are looking for a punctual appointment with simple and standard expectations, this is not the location for you. Took my daughter for pedicure, questioned whether or not the instruments had been cleaned in autoclave because paper did not appear to have been steamed. The lady and gentleman doing our toes acted as though did not understand. "No English" (should have just left at that point) then they were rough, cut my tissue. And we were both finished in less than 30 minutes. They hurt so that might be a good thing. Also charged $5 to take off existing polish. Will not go back!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! I have been coming here since they opened a few months ago. The actual salon is so beautiful, clean, and spacious! Before finding Pinnacle, I was struggling to find a salon that didn't rush me and do a subpar job. I work as a nurse, so I I'm on my feet for 13 hours a day. On my days off, I want a spa pedicure treatment where I can relax, while my feet are being softened and rejuvenated! Pinnacle exceeded all my expectations. They have a pedicure menu, and it's got different options and pricing! I like to treat myself to the Heavenly Pampered Pedicure once a month and have never been disappointed. They spend time massaging my feet and taking care of any imperfections. All the staff are so kind and thorough! They always bring me a drink. I could go on and on about how much I love this salon. Worst service from a nail salon ever. Beautiful space and comfy chairs, but after we showed up on time for a pedicure appointment we sat in the lobby for 40 minutes without service and then once we were seated in like warm foot baths, it was another 20 minutes until one tech came over to try to serve four people at once. I told him we had not planned on two hours of our day to be spent waiting around but he didn't even apologize. We left and will never be back. We went straight down the street to Rouge Salon and two beautiful girls greeted us with smiles and rushed us to our chairs and lined up techs to start our pedicures with actual hot water. I have been to this nail spa a few time before, but the last two times I have been there have been awful. Last time I went I specifically asked for French tips on my toes but the tech left my toes completely white, I had to get the manager to fix it. This time I made an appointment for 1:30, and when I arrived on time I waited for an hour in the nail chair before a tech came over. The same tech then proceeded to give me one of the worst manicures I have ever received. The nails had countless bubbles, cracks, and texture. This was a gel manicure. After I had her redo it, the second batch of nails were barely any better. The tech was obviously rushing because the spa was very busy today. Because of the poor quality and rude service from my nail tech today, I will not be returning and will not recommend this spa to anyone ever again. read more

My friend and I went. She chose a $62 pedi, mine was $49. To be honest my pedi was great until we got to color. It wasn't what I asked for then had to pick a different color, when I didn't like it they wouldn't change the color. I did get gel so I was expecting an up charge but my total was $97......what???? My friends pedi was horrible, they didn't do a good job at all. They didn't get her feet smooth and the massage was very minimal. My friend and I were not pleased with our service here. She got dip powder and the manicure did not fulfill her satisfaction. The color was only dipped on her finger twice, therefore leaving the color see through. I also got dip and a design, at first I was very pleased, but now it has been a little over 24 hours and my design is peeling off. Paid $67.00 for a nice pedicure, usually a real treat but left feeling TOTALLY ripped off. Tham did a horrible job, polish is lumpy and uneven and the entire pedicure only lasted 30 minutes.
