i worked HERE when Pinnacle first opened horrible yulia the director was NEVER there. she seriously thought a teacher assistant was supposed to clean and thats it ! SHE wanted me to clean the bathrooms , she was upset i was out side with the teacher ( you should always have more then one person with kids) ( that way if one has to use the restroom they all dont have to go in) SHE was verbally abusive to me . she had kids playing near a grave yard , She once took them hiking nature walk in the grave yard!!!!!!!! she would bring her infant in and tell the kids dont touch him !!! SHE copied and pasted her website seriously!!!!!! (she plagerism)SHE never worked in a preschool she doesnt know the difference between day care and pre k ( SHE had the teacher explain multi purpose education and the set up of the classrooms ( SHe does not know what an IEP is, every pre k needs one special ed teacher for evaluation she doesnt speak english well , her out gym is not safe for 3 year olds! she never studied pre k education and doesn't have the qualifications! she wanted the room to be spotless but didnt care about the mental health of staff or kids ! SHE has a 2 year old with a 6 year old . HER website says all these programs none of the exist! she never did zumbini she got rid of gymnastics and spanish teacher to expensive ( she had me watch the kids with no teacher! since she is home schooling her kids ( she did not have a program created she winged it from teachers she had no toddler program just stuck all ages in the same room ( ms Kerri had to tell her to get a changing station for toddlers ! ( she ran a home daycare she is clueless and abusive and thats why people quit!!!!!! SHE doesnt care about your childs IEP or education to be emotionally ready for kindergarten! she is only money hungry and creates cheap discounts , SHE had me watch the kids as a teacher assistant with no teacher! TO her this is just Luxurious day care horrible ! she needs a director a receptionist 3 teachers one special ed and 3 teacher assistants for different ages in separate rooms but no to expensive she has an after school program which had 9 year olds with 3 year olds it was so boring for them what torture! she yelled at me for getting electricity shot by a broken vacuum , she tapped it instead of buying a new one! she never hugged the Kids that's weird that says somthing !!!! she doesnt care for child just money !!!!!!!!! when she was the director she was there once every 3 weeks for 2 hours in her office and would get upset if chatted with her !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! most directors are at the pre k 8 to 530 5 days a week ! ugh investigation needed in my opinion she doesnt have her masters in education , she cut my hours and gave me a one hour lunch break to save money! She wanted me to create the classroom thats the teachers job in fact when she hired me she had no students and no teacher !!!!!!!!!! she is verbally abusive and is clueless and she puts all age groups in the same room like a weirdo day care with no different curriculums set up she is a FRAUD - I will go un named the state should be involved ! your paying money for luxury day care with no educational goals being met she just wants numbers of kids then worries about staff to teacher ratios , I had to Tell her a kids with severe emotional problems needed an iep she did know what that was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! day care and pre K are not the same horrible !!!!!!!!!! call her up and ask about her programs on the website its a lie they are there she has a bunch of kids all different ages in the same room different teachers and assistants its a day care ! pretending to be something else !!!!!!!! and her face book and instagram posts have spelling errors and how can you own pre k when you dont have a masters in education or never worked in one !? she had a home day care ugh fraud ! read more

It is the best in my opinion. Being not crowded, all the kids and the teachers know each other. It is a growing one with good facilities. My son was there for 2 years until last week and he miss everybody there. He had a lot of fun there. As a parent I am totally satisfied and I recommend. Much worth for the money we pay. read more

If I could give this school a negative star review, i would. I enrolled my kids and they only lasted 6 months. Within the first month, i had a meeting with the Director/Owner (Yuliya) and I felt like i was being interrogated and judged as a parent. She way she spoke to me and about my children was horrific. Not to mention that during their time there, all of the staff, including the Assistant Director left. This as a very toxic environment, especially for the kids. My kids were singled out and targeted, they were shamed for how their potty training was going. It was so disgusting. The owner should not even have business open, she only cares about the money and not the kids. She is also never there unless she has to be for something. My last encounter was, on the app they use for the school that all staff has access to, she violated parent/director confidentiality as well as said my son needed an evaluation because he wasn't doing what she wanted. I pulled my kids out without even having a place lined up and it was the best decision for them. Good luck to anyone that sends their kids there. read more

This school gives the most warm, loving, caring environment for the kids. My daughter who is in kindergarten now absolutely enjoyed her 2 years of pre-k and misses them very much! She blossomed into a smart, outgoing, friendly child. Their curriculum is amazing with handwriting without tears, story telling, and also includes dance, fun science and baking projects. She's perfectly kindergarten ready! Now my almost 3 year old son enjoys this preschool as much. As a mom, I'm very satisfied and at ease when I drop him off at pinnacle because I know he will get the same attention, love and care like home. read more

My grandson attended this program from September-2017 until last week 2-1-18. I am thrilled to learn that he will no longer be attending this glorified day care. I was never truly comfortable with the atmosphere. I found it very unprofessional. Lacking of a true learning environment I felt it was more a day care. I expressed my concerns to my daughter about 2 months ago when I learned the teacher was left on the premises, alone, with 4 to 5 children. My grandsons behavior actually regressed here rather than flourished. His 'teacher' resigned the beginning of January, but Mrs. K. did not inform my daughter of any pending changes. The teacher informed me at drop off week before last that she was leaving end of the month. It was a secret, as she whispered this to me & stated Mrs. K. did not want her to tell anyone. She stated Mrs. K. wanted to send a letter home. We took that to mean end of February given the shortness of time but later learned end of January. Mrs. K. informed me at drop off this past Thursday that the teacher was let go on the previous Friday. Further we were appalled to discover there was a stranger in the classroom with the children on Tuesday & a different stranger on Thursday as I became aware of on Thursday. WE DO NOT KNOW THEIR CREDENTIALS & find this to be an unacceptable practice. WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEIR NAMES. These are our most precious gifts & their well being is of utmost importance. My daughter called the 'school' & left messages on Thursday 2-1-18 & Friday 2-2-18 to ascertain what was going on & who was with her child that went unanswered still today Sunday 2-4-18. I have been besides myself since Thursday knowing that my grandson was potentially left in harms way & by me.
