I had to email them three times to get a refund. They emailed me a week later to say that the box cost $3100 and there would be a $75 change fee!! The box cost no more than $500 to make!!!!!! No response when I complained about the service price and refund. Crooks!!!!!

They responded within an hour, examined the damage, and made a proposal for cleanup. They set up fans in each area and a dehumidifier. I was able to remove the carpet and padding from the closet and remove most of the water with my carpet machine and returned it to the closet. By the next morning it was mostly dry as was the bathroom. By Friday morning everything was dry! Amazing! The Servpro agents monitored the moisture level returning each day.
