I reached out to a plumber (review to come soon) and he put be in touch with this business. I am so glad! They came out immediately and assured me they would help me throughout the process. I do not think I could have been sent better people!! Seriously, Garrison and Mike have been super helpful! Garrison has been communicating very well as far as what they are doing, what to expect and their plans for the following day. He's been very empathetic and caring throughout this. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. Needless to say, IF you find yourself in need of a restoration company (which I hope you don't), you can't go wrong with Garrison and Mike. I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

However, he never gave me an estimate even until today. I was told he is out on field whenever I called the office, which is more than four times. He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. The Best Restoration doesn't keep its promises at all.
