Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place.
