Took a sip of his and loved it, he loved the drink, just hated the Oreo cheese foam up top. I ordered the passion fruit and watermelon drink with popping lychee and it was AMAZING! Loved the ambiance, and they have a cute area that's super instagrammable. Since we were in the car, the drinks got devoured BEFORE I could take a pic! ‍

The staff was very friendly and helped us finalize our drink choices. My wife got the Brown Sugar Matcha with boba, and I got the Pumpkin Cream Chai Iced with boba. Both drinks were a great way to switch things up and enjoy something different! Overall, we had a great experience and definitely recommend Vannie's House to everyone looking for delicious drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and great customer service. We'll definitely be back!

My dad and I came mid afternoon and they were quite busy. A few of their tables were occupied and many people were picking up orders to go. At first I was skeptical because this wasn't a Mexican restaurant and those places usually have the best Horchata. I was pleasantly surprised, the Horchata from Candy Cloud was outstanding. My daughter and her friend each ordered some sort of coconut lemonade drinks which they added boba and cold foam to. They said they loved their drinks as well. Service was fast and friendly. I'll definitely return and maybe try out a coffee drink next time.

Great drink options and decent snacks too but I haven't landed on something I really like just yet…read more First time I stopped in I got the Golden Hour Breve and it was pretty good but still a little bit too much on the sweet side for me. On my second trip I brought my nieces along who were super excited because they had seen some of the drinks on TikTok. One got a golden hour breve which she really enjoyed except that she went against my advice and asked for extra drizzle and vanilla bean cold foam so the bottom of the drink was just like concentrated sweetness. The other one got an iced milk tea with the brown sugar boba and vanilla bean cold foam and was "in heaven" with how good the drink was according to her. I got the seasonal horchata latte for myself and it was a decent take on the drink and worth trying but I think I preferred the golden hour breve. My nieces also tried the chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon sugar donut bites with caramel sauce. They liked the cookies but thought they'd be more warm/fresh out of the oven. They loved the donut bites with that tasty caramel sauce though. I think I might give the pretzel bites option a try next time I stop in. The shop has a really clean look and feel. It's pretty hands off with kiosk ordering and digital menus but when the staff did interact with customers they were friendly. Unless you're going to be downing your drink quickly I would suggest ordering extra ice when it's warmer out. Both times I ordered I noticed my ice was gone pretty quickly. I know it's a normal thing that happens when you have hot coffee or boba syrup mixing with iced elements but just thought I'd mention it to give a heads up to others.

The drinks look super nice, but I felt they were a bit overpriced for what you get and they are very sweet. I also wish there were more snack or food options since it's mostly just drinks, but heard they plan to add some new items. Overall, it's a decent spot if you want a quick drink, but I probably wouldn't make a special trip just for it.

The weird part was asking if i had a punch card and when i said no they didn't offer me one either? Either way, i got the taro strawberry smoothie and a hazelnut iced coffee. Neither of us enjoyed the drinks because they're very syrup heavy resulting in a drink that's wayyyyy too sweet. It just tastes like drinking concentrated syrup and powder blended/mixed with milk. Barely tasted any taro. Having some real ingredients like frozen strawberries with taro powder is what I'd expect at this price point. Not both ingredients being powdered and syrups. The tapioca itself was really good, soft and not too chewy. But there's just way too much of it, you're eating boba more than enjoying a drink. The brown sugar syrup that the boba sits in doesn't help with the additional sweetness in the drink. Wouldn't recommend for real drinks
