Staff are always pleasant, despite having to handle large crowds, especially on weekends. Pro tip: order ahead and the items will be waiting on a pickup shelf. The vibe is modern industrial and many tables have places to charge devices. We've only been here on the weekends, and as another reviewer pointed out, it would be challenging to work here from a laptop during this timing, due to the noise. We always look forward to visiting Sparrow Coffee.

The service was kind and generous. A warm, inviting, comfortable, classy vibe for this coffee shop. Lots of tables and outlets, which is a plus for working. Love the "complimentary drink" area where you can pre-pay for a drink for a friend and leave the coffee cup sleeve with their name and a note, waiting for them when they arrive. Overall, a welcome addition to Warrenville! We can easily see the space being used for a business meeting space or event space. The Ube latte was almost 7 dollars and it was literally all milk with zero Ube flavor at all, it was the most disappointing Ube latte we've ever had. The iced ginger looked like the Korean ginger tea jars they sell at H-Mart, nothing fancy. The name of the bakery sounds fancy because it's in French and there are locations all over Illinois. They sell French and Korean infused pastries and cakes that are a bit pricier than most. I think they should at least have nice boxes to put the pastries in rather than wrapping it up in plastic and stuffing it in a plastic bag. There weren't many options and service was eh. The lady who rang us up wasn't very friendly and ignored my husband a few times.
