Absolutely blown away at the awful customer service at this establishment. First of all, the employees always have an attitude about themselves, ready with a condescending answer when a customer makes a comment or asks a question. They are never wearing name tags. During our last visit, there were gnats sitting on some of the toppings and bugs crawling up on the walls. Moving on to the customer service. The employees try to control the portion sizes with such hostility. I assume the owner has the employees in a chokehold to make sure not to give a single ounce more of yogurt or an extra piece of topping, it's a very distasteful experience. Even so, I understand times are tough and this is how they've decided to reduce costs and increase profit. However, the extreme lack in customer service is unacceptable. The attitude of employees is very passive aggressive. Definitely not a kid friendly environment as they always make sure to ask you to "control your children". They've even recently put up a sign to remind everyone to "supervise your children at all times". We've been coming to this pinkberry for years and every time they never fail to surprise me with even worse customer service than the last time. The treatment we receive each time makes me wonder why we come back, but unfortunately it's the only one in the area for miles. The frozen yogurt itself is very good, but the fact that you can't sit inside, and they only allow 4 people inside at a time to order, is just too much. I think this is the closest Pinkberry location to where I live, so we've been here a few times when we had guests in town for a sweet/tart treat. Location - same parking lot with Trader Joe's, so it can get tough finding a spot. The decor is modern, the place is clean, service is decent. If I go for frozen yogurt, I prefer this chain, never had issues with their food, it's simple, nice and tart. I like to get the original yogurt or the pomegranate one with dark chocolate chips and fresh berries, keep it simple! Prices are kinda high, so this is a once in a while tart little treat! read more

It's overpriced, gives verrrry small portions of toppings, the fruit is not ripe, and the customer service is terrible. The women are rude. Every time I've came here I've been annoyed and unsatisfied, so this was the last time I'll be coming to this location as it has everything a bad business would have. $8 for a very small size and 3 skimpy toppings. My favorite location that I frequent elsewhere has a bigger sized small, 4 toppings, and 50 cents for extra toppings whereas this awful location is $1.50 per extra topping, overpriced. One employee was helping a long line of customers, and he was extremely slow. At 10:00 pm, it took forever to get out of there. Sure, it's pretty pricey and it's not self-serve but imo I like quality over quantity and this is now one of my favorite froyos. My wife was craving froyo so we tried out this Pinkberry, and left disappointed and with a big headache. Due to COVID, they limit capacity to 4 people inside, so we joined a few people lined up waiting outside. There is a cigar store called Havana right next door...which was open and had people inside smoking during the worst point in the pandemic, which I don't understand... So we sat for 10 minutes smelling disgusting the cigar fumes. Then we got inside, and the smell was lingering there too! The person ahead of us had an 8 item order, so we just sat in the gross smell for about 5 minutes. (Is this why they have a B rating?) Then we quickly ordered our two medium cups and left. Only to find the inside of our yogurt was hollow! So we're now nauseated from the cigar smoke, have headaches, and can't even enjoy a full cup of frozen yogurt.
