Went in after Sushi at Blue Nami with my family. None of us finished our yogurt. We all got different flavors, and they all were disgusting and sour. Even their "sweeter" flavor that I chose was nasty. The yogurt was overpriced considering that all four ended up in the trash. I prefer Nuyo across the street. Also, be careful of the time of day. I've been a fan of pinkberry for a while, GREEN TEA flavor..oh its so good..this is the newest No-Cal location...and i'm a fan alright!!!!!! great area, near the new movie theater (although parking seems to be a little hard). The staff is nice and well trained. They ask if anyone is new to Pinkberry which my mother and bf were, then they explain to whole process. They also offer free samples of their flavors. My mom tried 2 or 3 samples and the young lady behind the counter never seemed annoyed and we didnt feel rushed.... Everything they use is VERY fresh and if you only get the fruit toppings (like me) it can be pretty healthy......I'm glad we finally have a pinkberry in Folsom!!! yay!! read more

I would consider pinkberry the high end of fro yo. It's much pricer as they do charge by the size and not per ounce. Although I do see them using a scale behind the counter. I don't really mind that it's not self serve. I've walked into yogurt shops and the topping bar has been mutilated by people going through them. I only come here for their chocolate hazelnut fro yo topped with strawberries, mochi, and dark chocolate crisps. It's actual bliss. For $4.99 for a small I do cringe a little inside but I really think their yogurt is quality. Along the walls they have signage about the probiotics benefits. The service has always been top notch. Tiffany greeted us upon entry and was really engaging.It didn't feel forced rather she just seemed like a naturally cheery person. Pinkberry is a nice treat for me. When you're waiting for your movie to start at the Palladio 16 Theatres, there isn't much choice but to pay a visit to the local Pinkberry across the street. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Pinkberry because their yogurt quality is sub-par compared to their fiercer competitors (like Tuttimelon, which I prefer). They obviously cater to American tastes because their original tart yogurt is not tart at all! It's packed with sugar. Too sweet. But at least their fruit is fresh and condiments not stale. Interior is clean and simple and hasn't been tampered by the public yet because it's a new establishment. I love what they've done with such a small space--they made it look 4x as big. My Pinkberry server was a sweet young bubbly girl whom I made conversation with. Coconut and Pomegranate with mochi topping is always my usual but I appreciate the staff for their knowledge on the which flavor would go with other toppings. I tried a sample of the mango, its good too but I'm the type of person who sticks to what I am used to! It's heaven in a medium cup! 5 stars (perhaps more if it would let me) for Susan. She's pleasant and very friendly-- actually all of them are. Tiffany and Susan are the notable staff in this location. Just worth mentioning because they deserve to be noticed for their good job and excellent service. They can get pretty busy but they will all accommodate you in a polite manner if you had to wait. I am pretty sure I have never paid a visit to Palladio without getting anything from this store. What makes me come back apart from my kids asking for it? It is definitely the staff... This is by far my 13 year old's favorite fro-yo places. As much as I prefer self serve places, I can get the cleanliness and hygiene idea behind having someone else do the serving...if they are clean anyways, which this place always is. A little on the pricier side compared to competitors, but then their fro-yo is a little more tart than other places. I prefer that since it does not feel like you are over indulging and to be honest, I do not have a big sweet tooth. I am more of a savory kind of gal! For a chain operation, Pinkberry definitely exceeded my expectations time and time again. Their staff at this location is always friendly. The store is always clean even on busier visits. You don't get your full amount of yogurt. Went here twice. First time I ordered a large and it was about half full. Second time I ordered a take home container and it wasn't full. I've been to other Pinkberry's and you get the full portion you're paying for. In addition, other locations "tap down" your order so a "big" portion isn't full of air gaps. Since the first movie we went to buy tickets for were sold out, we bought a later time and headed across the center to hang out and have some Pinkberry. One of the weakest experiences ever. The workers were a bit socially awkward and made a few weird jokes but were overall friendly. We ordered two different size yogurts and got the same size when we paid. There was no one else in the shop when we ordered so being busy wasn't an excuse. The coconut didn't taste like coconut and my husband was bummed cause he ordered a bigger size and got a mini. Pinkberry is growing rapidly for a very good reason. While simple in concept, Pinkberry stands out in a storm of frozen yogurt shops for their quick service and selection. Ever go to some of the other places where you just serve yourself and walk around like zombies, then weigh your yogurt and pay? Boring right? I mean, who really wants to make their own yogurt. I'm already getting fatter by eating yogurt so going to a yogurt shop to make my own yogurt isn't a high priority on my exercise list.
