I had the worst experience ever with this shop. I had four drape panels that needed height adjustments. They managed to sew each one at a different height. I called them to complain. I also told them I would be out of town for a while. She said No problem. When I returned yesterday, she wanted to charge me again to fix her own mistakes. Unbelievable. However I was pretty bummed to arrive and it was closed (I had tried calling the # listed online first), and had hours and a phone number posted on the window that aren't found anywhere I saw online. Already a fan of their workmanship after my 1st visit last year. The suit for my son's graduation ceremony was expertly tailored by the end of the next day at a shockingly affordable price. Last week I bought an Armani suit at a thrift store for my daughter's boyfriend to attend a Bat Mitzvah. While on the phone with my daughter to find out the cost so I could meet them and pay, I was blown away. $0.00! I had 5 pants hemmed with inconsistent results. Two pants were hemmed way too short rendering them now unwearable. I brought them back to request repair. The owner did keep the pants, but they were returned unaltered...still the same length...way too short to wear. The owner never apologized. Will not return. read more

I dropped off two pairs of pants on Wednesday. One needed to have a seam reinforced (a one to two minute repair if I had had my sewing machine) and the other needed a hem repair. I was told to pick up the items Friday. I arrived 45 minutes before closing on Friday and the door was locked. They were already closed. I went back this morning(Saturday) and paid and got my pants. I luckily looked at them before I left the parking lot. The hem on the pants had not been touched. The seam reinforcement was done but amateur or sloppy work. I took the pants needing a hem repair back in and now I have to come back on Monday to get them. I hope they look good after all this aggravation! read more

Had the best experience. I had a dress bustled and the tailor there did an excellent job as the colors of the button matched perfectly and the craftsmanship was outstanding. It was aesthetically perfect. The tailor really took the time measuring everything to get it perfect and I was so happy with the outcome. Unfortunately one of the worst places I have had anything tailored. Not only was my dress forgotten (it had not been hemmed by the agreed pick up date and time), but it was laying crumpled on a chair in one of the dressing rooms. I am not sure what it was doing there since when I left after the fitting it had been hung on the rack with the rest of the clothes to be sewn. Service was rude and it seemed as if they didn't want to work on my dress by the agreed pick up day since they had other priorities, but yet still committed. That should have been an indication enough for me to walk out and take my dress to another location. At closing time a few days later, on the scheduled time for pick-up, they asked for more time. Never mind that I had driven an hour and a half to get there since I was living south of Tucson and had not received any phone calls from them. After some convincing to complete my dress that same day, since I needed the dress the following morning, my $360 dress was hemmed too short and cut crooked. The sides were also not taken in as agreed and the total charge for the messy job was $50. The dress was not wearable and not fixable, and I ended up losing $410. I regret having taken my dress there (and still having paid them). Pink Cloud Alteration was one of the recommended locations from a bridal and tuxedo store in Tucson. I told them about my experience for which they felt sorry about. Hopefully this alterations location is no longer on their recommended list to help save future potential customers the headache and money. read more
