My bag chain! Love it.
Arianna P.

Love the concept of this store! As a DIY girly, this was a super fun thing to do with our bachelorette group. I love that you can literally make whatever you want, from actual jewelry, to bag chains, and they even have permanent jewelry which is a nice touch! It was also nice that they have options for different price points, like stainless steel or plated chains. They also have a good variety of charms available, and it was a very laid back experience. However, I do believe the charms are a little pricey at $5 each, no matter if it was a small letter or a more elaborate charm. It definitely drives the price of the item up really quickly. Also, it was a bit frustrating putting together a gold piece because the shades of gold wildly differed. Many of the chains were more of a neutral champagne gold, but the available clasps, charms, and rings to attach the charms were yellow gold, so it just didn't go together. I made it work by making a mixed metal bag chain, but it was a little difficult (if you care about the tones matching like I did lol). Overall, super fun and cute experience!

as soon as i walked in i was greeted by one of the owners Helen. she was very sweet to me and was very helpful assisting me choose my gold filled bracelet. you can create body chains for your waist, bag chains, and a ton of accessories other than jewelry here. there's also HUNDREDS of cute charms big and small on their charm bar including letters. the space is very open and lots of seating area perfect for events and birthday parties. i love supporting this Filipino Owned business !!! prices range from $5 to $40 dollars.

He's very artistic, so this turned out to be a perfect fit and he genuinely had an amazing time. Choosing what to paint was honestly the hardest part because of the large selection available. There's something for every budget... our pieces were around $20-$25 each, with both more affordable and higher-end options available. In addition to the pottery cost, there is a $9 studio fee per person, which covers all materials, glazing, and firing. We ended up spending close to three hours painting, and the time passed quickly in a relaxed, creative, and very family-friendly environment. The staff during our visit were welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions or offer guidance, which made the experience comfortable even for beginners. The pickup process was slightly less seamless than the painting session itself. We were initially quoted about a two-week turnaround and needed to follow up when we hadn't received a notification yet. There appeared to be some minor miscommunication regarding readiness and text alerts, but everything was eventually sorted out. Overall, this is a wonderful local activity... especially for families, date nights, or anyone looking for a creative and screen-free experience. I'd absolutely recommend planning ahead for pickup communication, but the painting experience itself made for a memorable birthday celebration and we would happily return.

They were hoping to find a private chef in Las Vegas to cook them an infused dinner. Long story short, Chef Vee responded almost immediately and we got to planning the dinner, with only 8 days advance notice! Not only were she and Natalie the coolest, Chef Vee tailored everything on the menu towards what we were looking for (and some we didn't know we were looking for...). My fiance and I are in love with Peruvian cuisine, especially seafood, and once we learned that was Chef Vee's specialty, we were beyond excited to try her infused take on some classic dishes. She and her assistant arrived on time, were wearing gloves and a mask, and got right to cooking while entertaining us with stories and just hanging out. The food was outstanding; it felt like we were taken right back to Peru, and the infusions put us in a very chill state of mind. They hung out with us after dinner for a bit and once they departed, our kitchen was spotless and our fridge had some leftovers that were gone the next day very, very quickly. Would definitely recommend for their good company alone, but the food was everything we hoped for and it was the unanimous highlight of our weekend. Thank you Chef Vee! 10/5 Stars.

Alright, buckle up, buttercups, because I just returned from a fabric store so exclusive, it makes…read moreFort Knox look like a Chuck E. Cheese ball pit. I'm talking about "Threads of Tyranny" (or whatever they call themselves). First off, getting in was harder than getting a toddler to eat their vegetables. I swear, they had a velvet rope, a bouncer who looked like he wrestled bears in his spare time, and a questionnaire that asked for my blood type, social security number, and the thread count of my dreams. Apparently, only "industry owners" are worthy of their hallowed halls. I'm pretty sure my grandma, who sews better than most fashion designers, wouldn't have made the cut. Once I finally breached the inner sanctum, I was greeted by prices so high, they could make a billionaire weep. I saw a scrap of lace that was priced like it was woven from unicorn hair and spun by angels. I'm pretty sure I could buy a small island for the cost of their "sale" bin. And the staff? Oh, the staff. They looked like they were auditioning for a remake of "The Stepford Wives," but instead of being robots, they were just...snobby. Asking for help was like pulling teeth from a grumpy badger. I inquired about the difference between two types of cotton, and they looked at me like I'd just asked them to explain quantum physics in Klingon. Honestly, I'm surprised this place hasn't been swallowed by a black hole of pretentiousness. I give them a solid two years, tops, before they're replaced by a discount mattress store or a laser tag arena. Mark my words. If you want fabric that costs more than your rent and service that makes you want to scream into a pillow, "Threads of Tyranny" is your place. If you value your sanity and your wallet, run. Run far, far away.
