Some bracelets I made with beads bought from the store (not the letters though)

The people there are very nice. It's ran by a few older women so don't expect a speedy checkout, but expect a very polite one! The selection is huge, and surprisingly well priced for being a small business. They even have this cool 50% off one item in your birthday month offer. I happened to visit for the first time on my birthday month so that's cool. Lots of very pretty glass and real stone beads. It's overall a super great business with lots of crafty tools, definitly recommend!

Very nice ladies and lots of lots of beads to choose . Close by to Vegas and it's in Henderson. They offer some classes

Bead Jungle is heaven for Vegas Valley beading enthusiasts with great prices, friendly staff, a huge selection, and clean store.

This place was Narnia for bead lovers! I didn't want to go to Bead Jungle. I was in the first day of my lady dragon, I didn't want to go anywhere. I am highly unreasonable, very irritable and have a resting B- face on my first day of my lady dragon. I walk in the store with my friend, we were looking for beads to coordinate for a jewelry design we were working on for a workshop event. The first thing I do upon entering was announce to the ladies/staff that it was the first day of my lady dragon and I apologized for my resting B- face. In my case, you GOTTA let people know, it is not TMI. My friend, and business partner, had a lot of questions. I was in la la land surrounded by my fantasy of bead heaven. If I were Scrooge McDuck I would not have gold coins in my vault to dive into, I would have beads. The staff was amazing! Usually in bead places they're a little snooty, or standoffish. They were Hands-On helpful, and gave us a full tour of everything we were looking for. The staff was very sympathetic to my lady issues - I kept wanting to sit down rather than stand to filter through the discount bead bin. Cramps are a MF! They do teach class there, and it looks like they're very tidy in regards to sterilization, with plexiglass dividers on the tables. The prices were reasonable, comparable to what you would buy online. In the end happy bead heaven is down the street from me. Yay Henderson! REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Huge Selection 2. Reasonable Prices 3. Friendly Staff 4. Organized Store 6. Plenty of Parking

I'm stingy with my stars but this store is great. There is a case with all the class samples to see and hold. The teacher we had was Lori and she was funny, friendly and knows her stuff! I am new to beading and with her instruction I was able to complete my project easily: a pair of earrings. I added a matching pendant using the technique I had learned on the earrings. My husband is an experienced beader and even HE learned some new tricks! I'm afraid I have a new addiction because I found a book there on bead crochet. I'm already addicted to crochet but now I can crochet jewelry! Oh dear!

Came into the store with no knowledge of beading. The woman there named Acey was so friendly and nice. She showed me how to tie a lock knot for bracelets. She was very sweet and helpful. I will be back for more.

I walked in on a Friday morning and was the only person in the small shop, but no more than 2 minutes later, the shop was filled with about six or seven other people, all of whom knew Cleve and the security guard. Luckily I had gotten there first and his guy in the back was already working on my watches. In the meantime, I got to talked him about some of the coins and other wares that he had in his store and listened to the interesting conversations from everybody else coming in. They were only able to replace the batteries in three of my watches, and did so in about 5 minutes for $5 a pop. The other two, he recommended a jewelry repair shop down the road called Ed's. It was a very short experience but a very pleasurable one and something that you rarely see anymore. It's almost like I was on Mayberry Street in. Andy Griffith. Everybody knew each other, everybody was having fun, and it was very welcoming. I would definitely come back here to get batteries replaced and maybe even two trade some stuff in or see what he has on hand.

At that point, we were excited to continue working with Ben Bridge for our wedding bands. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When we returned to order our wedding bands--simple, classic gold bands--we learned Erin was no longer working there. From then on, the service became inconsistent. We were shuffled between different staff members due to scheduling issues, and no one seemed to take ownership of our experience. About 10 days ago, I visited the store intending to order and pay for our bands. I was told they needed to contact a third-party vendor for updated pricing and would call me Monday. I was also told they couldn't take payment over the phone, even though I made it clear I wouldn't be able to return until the weekend due to my work schedule. No one called. So I returned that Saturday, only to be quoted $3,500--up from $2,700 just two weeks prior. That's a 22% increase, and when I asked why, the sales associate, Angela, rolled her eyes and started being disrespectful and condescending giving me the excuse that "the cost of gold goes up." Except--it actually hasn't. In fact, gold prices per oz has declined by about 2.6% over the past two weeks. Her condescending tone made it feel like she assumed we were too ignorant to know better. This kind of treatment was shocking, especially after spending $5,000 with Ben Bridge and returning to spend another $4,000. We ended up walking across the hallway to two other jewelers, received clear, fair quotes in MINUTES --without the attitude or hassles --and made our purchase elsewhere. My advice: avoid Ben Bridge. The customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. We will never return.

My first necklace was from the Eastern location back in December 2023, and I loved it so much that I went back in December 2025 to add two more pieces to create a layered look that I wear daily. These pieces truly feel luxurious without being over-the-top. I honestly feel like a million bucks when I wear them. Both locations are beautifully decorated and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful -- not pushy, just knowledgeable and patient. A special thank you to Alane for helping me curate the perfect three-necklace layered set. She has such a great eye and really knows how to put pieces together in a way that feels effortless and elegant.
