She helped me pick out the perfect tree and gave me lots of advice. She was very accommodating and even helped me pick out a pot. She then gift wrapped the tree and added tissue paper since this tree was a gift. The plants are very decently priced and they get new shipments regularly, so everything is fresh and there are many seasonal varieties! I'm so glad I stopped by here on a Tuesday afternoon. :)

The lady apologized and quickly assembled a bouquet with my color palette in mind within 15 minutes. I'm glad the staff made the correction, she was friendly and the end product was lovely. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding?
