For teens, there's a game room, shuffleboard, a swing/trampoline/launching blob and a raft in the lake; for children old enough to adventure away from the camp site, there are bikes that are more like large peddle cars, the pool with balls and a basketball hoop, a water slide, a bounce house, mini golf, a bike ramp for regular bicycles, a large playground and games made up each weekend, like scavenger hunts. For the toddler age, the water slide and pool is a great way to spend time away from the camp site with the little guys. The adults are included in the fun too!!! Saturdays has a Tiki bar that have beverages of the adult variety along with sensational grilling food. There were even grilled corn dogs! Different weekends have different events which can include a band or karaoke at the pavilion. The weekend we went had "Christmas in July" with people decorating their sites with lights and all sorts of Christmas lawn decor. There were wagon rides at night. There are golf carts and paddle boards to rent along with games like beach volleyball, badminton and ladder golf. There's so many options for adults with or without children. Between the things to do and the GREAT upkeep of all of grounds and facilities, this is the place to camp!

The owner Eedy was very pleasant to talk to and gave good directions. The cabin was clean, with pretty much everything that you need for a weekend. Plenty of towels, cutlery, bedding and pillows. The cabin had two beds and one futon and was pretty spacious for 6 people. Friendly dogs are allowed. The cabin was heated and very comfortable for an early Spring stay. It is located next to two gas stations that have a lot of the supplies (food and drinks) you might need for your stay. The property is close to ATV trails and has a small hiking trail around it for a quiet walk. Situated in the heart of the Wisconsin Northwoods, its a great place to stay if you were headed to the UP. 100% recommend atleast a weekend getaway.

She takes great care of the cabins and always has great suggestions when you ask her about anything local from food to activities. The property is great for walks and there's some horses and donkeys to check out too. Our dogs always feel at home on the ranch. We love to ride ATV trails and Spur of the Moment has trail access. You ride from your front door to anywhere you like in the area, no trailering. On our last trip we brought a side x side and all the great trails permitted our lager machine. All of the meals we ate out we did by riding our machines to and Ann supplied us with maps so we knew where we were going. The trail system has so many local and long distant places to go to it's good for beginners as well as veterans. Last thing that we've always enjoyed is the other guests. The Ranch is not only good to ATV'ers it's VERY horse friendly. On a busy weekend you can have all types of guests and on every trip we've done it's never mattered what you're into, people are just friendly. It's flat out relaxing.

The beds were comfortable with more than enough blankets, sheets and pillows for our use. The owners, Kelly and Gerard were very personable and accommodating. Upon our arrival, Kelly greeted us and gave us the rundown on everything that we needed to know about the cabin and the area. Gerard was fantastic by showing us rest of the property including the barn and pond. They even allowed us access to a couple of boats for us to row around or motor in. Gerard allowed us to operate his tractor and mini bike - both of which were a real highlight to us city folks. The whole experience of staying at Cabin on the Creek was very memorable and our family would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a getaway to this area in Wisconsin.

Brothers Joe and Peter, the new owners have been making a lot of improvements to the resort and it is very nice. There is a good sized bar that is open to the lake on three sides so there is not a bad seat in the house. The food ranges from snacks and appetizers to wraps, burgers and of course, a fish fry and all were delicious. The drinks are good and reasonably priced and the atmosphere can't be beat. I sat in that bar for a long time and between the locals and guests and people passing through, everyone was friendly and fun. Each night I sat at a different campfire with the other guests and we all had a great time. They have boat rentals, a launch for guests and plenty of slips. Plus, they have the only beach on Pickerel Lake. It is a great place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to go back in the fall.

The food and drinks were all reasonablely priced. They had the Brewers game on so the bar was packed and fun. I wished there was outside seating on the lake but they used it as a beach instead.
