That's not a bad thing, but just a different focus for the store. The store was clean and everything was laid out nicely ... if we were in the neighborhood shopping, we'd be sure to drop in here. This kind of focus just competes against the local grocery markets more than the general store layouts. Our only interaction with the store staff was a 5-star experience. We asked someone stocking shelves for a certain item, and instead of pointing us somewhere else ... she took us there. Very classy way to treat customers. We will return ...

I don't know if they have packing supplies or any of that, but the young lady behind the counter was ready to scan my package with her handheld workstation and provided me with a texted shipping receipt. Easy, pleasy. Other than that, the store is a standard Walgreens (formerly Rite-Aid) on the corner of North Polk and Pineville-Matthews Road. Standard layout and neatly shelved. Decent parking and easy access. The store also features a full-service pharmacy. [Review 15032 overall, 534 of 2021, number 2892 in North Carolina.]

It was advertised as a "photo square" and in reality, it was just a printed picture with a cheap plastic frame that fell into pieces. When I had an issue with this photo order, they were able to refund my money without question. I did appreciate that excellent customer service. I recently discovered that they are also a drop off location for Fed Ex which is very convenient for me. I've lived in the area for years and had no idea. They really need to have a sign that advertises that service. They have the same sales as other Walgreens, and I make sure to stock up on their detergent sales when they roll around to save some cash. I have never used this pharmacy for my medication because I don't like that they don't have a drive thru pharmacy. There isn't a lot of close parking in the parking lot, and I find having to park and walk in in order to pick up my medications is just too much of a hassle to get it filled at this Walgreens. I will continue to use CVS on Park Cedar.

We were also given a number to reschedule the appointment, which we dialed, went through the processes, only for the automated system to tell us they can't reschedule over the phone, but could schedule a new appointment. So, if disciplinary action is taken before our next Covid test (assuming CVS doesn't cancel and then not tell us again), please be prepared to be held accountable in a monetary fashion for the classes we might have to be reimbursed for.
