We ended up going to their produce department and got a bag of persimmons, granny smith apples, a star fruit, etc. They are definitely better quality than the ones you get at the grocery stores. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious as well. The area was very cutely decorated for Christmas and plenty of parking available.

came here pretty early in the evening on wednesday. i would say get there early to get food parking…read morebut there is an overflow lot. the pumpkins are out and ready for pictures or to be purchased. we did the corn maze which was fun as it was quite fall and you could see where people cut through the corn. the hay ride was fine, it takes all around the farm which is nice but there's not much to see other than the sunflowers and some pumpkins still on the vine. the goat petting zoo was fun but you can tell that this is all they do based on how food aggressive they are. please don't forget to feed the old ones and the small ones. the aggressive ones do tend to jump so be careful of small children

The variety of plant options starting from seed, to transplant ready, to productive trees is astonishing. The staff knows the ins and outs of all the different types of plants they carry and how to care for them, as well as very nice and easy to work with! We were given excellent recommendations and took home a heritage raspberry plant and highland blueberry plant. Both have been great and productive for my home and I'll be hopefully coming back again soon to pick up more!

Customer Service & U-Haul Rental Warning! I've been a long…read moretime Home Depot shopper as much as the next guy but I have to bring awareness to anyone who might be considering renting a U-Haul. Advertised on the truck says $29.99 as everyone knows. What some people might not know is that it is that price is actually only for the first 75 minutes? Afterwards it's actually $149.99 That is a fair & fine price I would be willing to pay as well but I was not made aware and was expected to read the fine print of the contract. Totally my mistake on that end but it would be nice if the customer service workers would mention it when renting these out. Unfortunately, we did not read the contract, like so many people don't when they are busy trying to move and so this is everyone's heads up to "read the fine print" and know the contract like the employees do, because they won't share it at the busy customer service line. I called and spoke with "Nicole" the rude customer service "lead" and in my kind communication I was met with a rude teenager girl attitude, not professionalism. I let her know I would be bringing awareness to the general public with this situation and she really went in saying that I was "threatening" and "exposing". I remained calm and tried to level with her as a human being, saying that she probably wouldn't like being charge $450 dollars for something she didn't use or didn't read the fine print for a place she did not work for but she did not empathize, just hung up shortly after getting angry. This is a caution to all that 29.99 is only for the first 75 minutes or something and to read the fine print. When you're moving and have Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and your Grandma's 91st Birthday all in the same week, it would be nice to be verbally communicated of the actual cost. Yes, this is on me still but Home Depot Customer Service needs to have better training or some people might take this as False Advertising or something shady. I definitely won't be coming back due to this experience. None contract/instruction reading people beware! LOL

This is a top-notch Target store located in the mall in Escondido, CA…read more Whenever we are in the area for the Del Mar Fair (aka the San Diego County Fair), or to see our friends in Fallbrook, or to see our friends in Ramon, we frequent this spot. It's a three-story store with entrances to the mall. And the cool escalators that let you take your cart up or down levels with a cart-moving lane on each side of each escalator. There are also elevators but that's less exciting. Check the signs to see which level you're going to need for the products you're looking for. The most recent stop we just bought three smaller Lego sets. My wife built one of them on our way to a brunch date. On the ground level there is a Starbucks open for snacks and drinks. This store has self-checkout, too, so checking out and paying for your stuff is a breeze. There are regular registers with friendly employees to help you out otherwise. Can't go wrong. Great deals and quick service. Check this Target out when you're in Escondido.
