An hour later around 10am was when it started to get busy. It's a smaller patch so a couple hours is doable if you have small kiddos. There's a barn to buy your pumpkins, a corn maze ($5pp), corn blaster ($1 per shot), petting zoo (free), and some small booths of food and small trinkets. Our group had a lot of fun for the 2 hours we were there. There is a huge rock display where the kids climb and great photo ops. This patch was quite a distance from Mira Mesa (40-45 mins) but since we left early in the morning, there was no traffic and ample parking. Parking is free and lots available.

Make sure to check their hours because some days are reserved for advance reservations & they do stop selling on a certain date. They had 2 types of trees, ones that shred & ones that do not. It is a big lot so you can roam around & choose your favorite one. Grab a pole which is marked by feet & get it cut! $20/feet.

We had a horrible experience while trying to find our annual Christmas tree given the birth of our son earlier this year. We arrived on their first opening day this season very excited to buy a real tree. There was ZERO customer service when husband and I were trying to inquire about tree selection or delivery process. There were plenty of people at the cashier booth and lot. All seemed eager to NOT help. It was painfully obvious that the temp seasonal staff just wanted to do the bare minimum and get their hourly pay. We waited 15-30 minutes in line just to get a run around with staff members on tree selection. This was even before we were able to pay the cashier the $120 worth of tree we picked out. We then asked about a portapotty on the lot in which the cashier answered "I don't know, I just got here." Seriously, find another Christmas tree lot for your annual Christmas tree or buy an artificial tree to save yourself from this sour experience. I took the time to send an email on our horrible experience on their website. No human response at all. They don't care.

It's a really fun place to look around if you are into plants. The prices are a little higher than the other stores, but the quality of plants I get are worth it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a loyalty program, the Hedge fund, that you can earn points and turn them into in-store credit. They also offer free gardening classes on saturdays Some of their other gardening things (soil, fertilizer, pots etc) are quite expensive, so I do price-check with other places first.

They were grilling up backyard‑style burgers with sides, and it honestly felt like being at a neighborhood BBQ -- grab your drink from the cooler, pick your chips, add your toppings, and enjoy. I loved it. The pumpkin patch is huge and has every type of pumpkin you can imagine. I'd never seen white or black gourds before, but they had them here. The driver had no clue and kept going. Luckily when we yelled at our 3 y/o to stop he listened and didn't run into the wagon as it was crossing . besides that we had lots of fun , but we left right after that close call.

came here pretty early in the evening on wednesday. i would say get there early to get food parking…read morebut there is an overflow lot. the pumpkins are out and ready for pictures or to be purchased. we did the corn maze which was fun as it was quite fall and you could see where people cut through the corn. the hay ride was fine, it takes all around the farm which is nice but there's not much to see other than the sunflowers and some pumpkins still on the vine. the goat petting zoo was fun but you can tell that this is all they do based on how food aggressive they are. please don't forget to feed the old ones and the small ones. the aggressive ones do tend to jump so be careful of small children

The variety of plant options starting from seed, to transplant ready, to productive trees is astonishing. The staff knows the ins and outs of all the different types of plants they carry and how to care for them, as well as very nice and easy to work with! We were given excellent recommendations and took home a heritage raspberry plant and highland blueberry plant. Both have been great and productive for my home and I'll be hopefully coming back again soon to pick up more!
