My friend first took his machine to the Best Buy at the mall North of here and after $100+ later, they were not able to fix it. On-site repaired the PC in a timely manner and the charge was very reasonable. Also, I did not catch his name, but the clerk on staff here that first day really should get a raise and a medal! There was an irate and irrational customer ahead of us that was cussing up a storm and acting like a giant jerk. The clerk dealt with them calmly, coolly, and professionally. I was amazed, as I would have just told the customer to leave. It was that bad. So why not 5 stars? While not On-site's direct fault, this shopping center has a BIG problem with very aggressive and inebriated panhandlers! The "come up and bang on your window, before you can even exit your car" - type! We experienced them each and every time we came here. I even mentioned the panhandling to the clerk at On-site. He said it was a daily headache, but the local police do not care and never do anything. It is a real shame and part of why a lot of Pasco county has a certain well-earned reputation.
