I stopped by Pinecrest Bakery and had the Sunshine Wrap along with an American coffee, and both really hit the spot. The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and filling -- definitely a great choice if you're looking for something tasty but not too heavy. The coffee paired perfectly and gave me just the right boost. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and one thing I really liked is the large seating area. There's plenty of space to sit back, relax, and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. Overall, a solid spot for a quick bite or to hang out a little while with good food and coffee. read more

The lady who took our order was great very attentive. The food on the other was horrible we ordered 2 pan con bistec it took 20 minutes to get our food which is fine because it's within the normal prep/cook time but when we got it, the steak was cold the bread was old and tasted as such. We also got croquetas which ended up being refried and old and a guava and cheese pastel to which was colder than our drinks. read more

Yesterday we went to eat desserts and coffee. The desserts that were in the front the all were old and they sold it to us. You cannot even take a slice either the spoon. I told the sale person and she told me that once they put them in the refrigerator is like that. She offered me one from the back. My husband ate the other one that he ordered and it was so bad that he spend the night vomiting and with diarrhea. Once we were leaving I noticed that the cakes were with cracks because they were old. Who is the manager of this place that is selling old food? I expect this place to close! read more

I am surprised this place has so many negative reviews. I loved it! Delicious food, cheap and beautiful decor. This is a cute little hidden gem in my opinion. read more

I was in charge of brining dessert for Thanksgiving dinner. Pinecrest Bakery is not far from where I live and heard some good things about this bakery, so why not check them out. Came in and looked at their dessert case with a bunch of pies, cakes and other pastries. All looked good and it was a tough decision. I decided to get a traditional pumpkin pie and a coconut pie. Pumpkin Pie was ok, wasn't that moist and didn't have a very strong pumpkin flavor, like I said, it was just ok. Coconut Pie was better in my book, good coconut flavor, sticky, nice coconut flakes in the filling, I would consider getting this pie again. Even after a few days of eating Thanksgiving leftovers, pumpkin pie was still just ok and coconut pie was better. Prices were about $12+ for each pie which I expected. Staff was friendly helping you decide, confirm which pie you wanted, boxed it up and rang you up to get you going. Guayaba Restaurant inside the bakery, popular lunch place, coffee spot, not far from Downtown Doral. I'll probably come back again to try other stuff. read more

The owners of this establishment have turned this warehouse-like location into a beautifully decorated bakery plus restaurant with massively elegant chandeliers that add a sort of bougie-ness to the place. I do believe that this restaurant provides live music on the weekends too. Service - the staff was wonderfully polite, attentive & accommodating. Food - Bakery: I didn't try the pastries but they all looked decadent & delicious. But, I did try the Cuban cuisine. Ordered: *Vaca Frita - The beef was tender but very salty to the palate. Tostones were fried to perfection. Black beans were very bland and watery. *Fettuccini Alfredo w: chicken - Incredibly watery & average tasting. *Pork chunks - Tender, tasty & very well cooked. The congri was a bit salty & beans were on the hard side. Overall, the food was below average at best. The server told us that the regular cook was not in; but in my mind, a hit-miss eating outing is not acceptable especially at a recently opened establishment. I'll let them work on their culinary kinks and business as a whole before deciding to go back for a second try; but till then, I wish them luck..! read more

Ordered a Cuban sandwich and can honestly be called a ham sandwich. They "snuck" a piece of pork in there and when brought to the attention of staff, all they said was ok ok. Not what I paid for read more

If I could give it a negative I would. I ordered a cafe con leche dark and they gave me one that had way more milk than cafe. I went back and told the lady I had ordered a very dark cafe con leche so her answer was that I had to buy a colada to make it darker. This place is not what it used to be. read more

Another business ripping people off by charging additional hidden "Service Fees" or additional "credit card fees" for no reason. Prices are already high and food is subpar. Not reasonable to have different prices for different customers. I know several neighbors have stopped going to this place for the same issues of additional fees charged and we are certainly spreading the voice in Doral until Pinecrest bakery decides to do the right thing which is to offer the same price for all payment methods and without including "additional fees". read more

10 employees standing around and all tables dirty had to wipe one down myself to sit and eat the order they got wrong

Horrible Food, croquetas were bad and the empanadas were cold at 8:45am plus super expensive

Horrible croquetas and the empanadas had no flavor, super expensive. The girls working were nice and it was clean

Just not having any luck for new breakfast places in Doral. I've tried Don Pan and now Pinecrest bakery fails to satisfy. The fries were soggy and the eggs burned. I added an extra order of sausage to go with my bacon but of course they forget the bacon. I'm losing hope for Uber eats as once you receive there isn't much you can do so next breakfast review I will be picking up myself. It received 2 stars for the following reasons: 1- location 0- Food 1- Price ($10 for a full breakfast w/coffee) 0- service (not acceptable to forget an item) 0- ease of ordering read more

They had nice empanadas filled with shredded beef ropa vieja. They also had an assortment of cakes like chocolate rum, vanilla rum, strawberry cheesecake, eclairs, guava turnovers, pistachio turnovers etc. read more

Dined at the Guayaba Restaurant within the Pinecrest Bakery. Thoroughly enjoyed some things but didn't love everything. I ordered the carne asada with rice & beans and plátanos maduros. Everything was delicious except the rice. The rice was probably old - hard & definitely did not match the flavor and quality of the rest of the food. The cortadito was also pretty bitter. I tried a bite of their churrasco and their sweet potatoes and they were super good! The place is relatively new, they are hoping of doing night time events in the future & the place is super spacious & beautifully decorated. The service is also super attentive & friendly! Overall pretty good but room for improvement. read more

Honestly would expect this from a place like this, but didn't think it would happen. We arrive to pick up a party order because we wanted to try them. We also wanted to place an order for some breakfast while picking up. We walk in and grab a number, wait 3 minutes until they call the next number which was us and the following. They greet us, then notice the second person is a regular maybe or someone they know. And they proceed to ignore us while they help the next person for the next 5 minutes. That's unacceptable and nobody should have to deal with this. Don't come here. We won't be. The food is like every Latin bakery. So go somewhere else for better service. read more

The guava tarts and coffee are excellent. The eggs were overcooked but the bacon was nice and crispy

Saw the sign and got so excited. But it's not open yet! Coming soon to doral!!!!!!! Been to slot of the other pinecrest bakeries and they are all great. Good pastries and Cuban coffee!!! I'll keep you guys posted as soon as it opens and I go! read more

I came to eat empanadas, Kenny served me, unfortunately the service was bad and he made two coffees which burned my lips.

My order was beyond greasy and the food was cold as well as the cafe con leche. The cafe con leche also came without a tape to to seal it. I have a problem with my order and how it comes in as the UberEats Drivers can do anything to the order. The cups should have a tape to seal it and the bag with food should at least be stabled and in a paper bag instead of a regular plastic bag. I have called the location a few times and no one is picking up the phone nor does it give you an option to leave a message for the manager. I will be going during my lunch break in person to handle this and get my money back for the food I can't consume because of the amount of grease it has. read more

I haven't had issues like this with other pinecrest bakery. I went there to a pan con bistec who can messed that up? I found a person who can mess up a pan con bistec (steak sandwich). Steak no flavor, lettuce was cooked over steak no mayo no mustard no ketchup. If it wasn't for the cooked lettuce the tomatoes and onion, it would have been a dry sandwich. My mistake was i didn't check before i left the place. The person at front was nice. read more

I placed an order for Christmas. I came to pick up the order and it was HORRIBLE, cold, the rice stale and the pork cold. I left the food there and I did not get my money back. I frequent both Pinecrest bakeries on US1 and have nothing but great things to say about there service and food. Today I was in Doral and went to the 58th street location, there was I line so I got in it. When I reached the front the lady asked for my number which she hadn't asked anyone else before me. She then told me I would have to take a number and wait the line again to which I answered I'd rather leave and she answered bye bye. Never again will I visit this store again! read more

Upon walking in, I waited for 10 min to be attended. The employees were very rude, non attentive, and preferred to talk with each other about drama and laugh, rather than attend anyone. I got tired of waiting and eventually after 10 minutes, walked out as well. Horrible place. read more

Friday 3/10/23 went in the morning and ordered a sandwich with cuban bread ham, cheese and Mayo only not heated. When I arrived to the office and opened the sandwich to my surprise only had mayonnaise on it. When I left the office I passed by to get a refund was about 6 pm a blonde cashier was there and said to me she couldn't help me because the morning shift was gone and I needed to return the following morning. I said to please call the manager that I live in down town miami and was not going to return the following morning. She went to talk to manager who never bother to come and in a very rude way the cashier told me that was not her fault and gave me the $5.00 very un politely. She has to get better training in customer services she could have come with a better way to approached offer me an alternative fix the error by offering making the sandwich again. But was super rude in the way she instantly said to me, she couldn't do nothing and I needed to return the following day. read more
