He completed his assigned service and we parted ways. Prior to departing he gave me a card from the business offering $25 discount towards next service. I drove less than a block to a gas station to get and the car died again. I called the number on the card and advised a gentleman that I just saw Jose 2 minutes prior. I asked if he could come to the gas station. I was informed that Jose was already dispatched to another call and I would have to pay $100 to be serviced. I was stuck and needed the service. Jose, called shortly after and said he would be there in 1 min. Upon arrival Jose advise me using the facility at the first service stop when he was dispatched he was then dispatched to me for a second service. Jose great, company sucks. No f:)&s given.
