They did a great job. I can't explain what a relief it was knowing that when I come home on Sunday my house is already clean for the week and all I have to focus on is work. Negatives: 1) They are not insured -- I found that out afterwards. If they damage anything, then you have to deal with the loss. Nor will they admit that they did anything wrong, which is unprofessional. Instead, they blamed it on the fact that the damaged item was "just old" and "already like that", which was absolutely NOT true. 2) Missed a lot of spots -- You have to make sure you walk through the house after they're done to go over anything they left out. 3) Permanently stained my wall -- They used some sort of cleaning agent to clean the floor, but had swiped so much of the wall above the floor at the same time, that the liquid had seeped into my wall and permanently discolored my wall. My wall is white, and now a section of it is dark and cracked from the remnants of the strong cleaning agent.

She was very friendly and answered all my questions! I felt confident she'd do a good job. She quoted me a competitive price so I went ahead and scheduled. In the mean time, I thought it would also be nice to have a move-in cleaning for our new place, which was a bit further away in Vacaville. I thought maybe this would be too far but messaged Graca anyways. I was able to schedule for this cleaning prior to the move-out one and she did an excellent job! She arrived on time and I walked her through the home and discussed what I needed done. We used a google translator for some of the specific details but overall, we communicated well. Now for the cleaning, I REALLY wish I would have taken "before" pictures because she and her partner did an incredible job! There was so much drywall dust and dirt from remodeling the home but you wouldn't have been able to tell! They even cleaned the window tracks in all the rooms. Plus, the soiled kitchen oven left by the previous owner was immaculate. I'm very impressed and looking forward to her doing our move-out cleaning later next week. I'd highly recommend her work to family and friends and will continue going to her when we need a hand!

I've never hired a full cleaning of my apartment, but I decided that after 5 years of living here,…read moreI should leave it to the professionals to thoroughly clean my place. I first requested a quote for a cleaning to many cleaning services around the area, and Graca with Homely Clean Experts responded to me. She was sure to answer all of my questions, and even gave me a quote that was less than all of the other cleaning companies in the area. Because of this, I was pretty hesitant about hiring Homely to clean my place, but I was curious and willing to pay the very affordable price to clean my place, even if it was a so-so job. Graca arrived with another one of her cleaners about 15 minutes early, which was perfect for a little walk around of what I wanted cleaned. She asked for what exactly I wanted, and respected what areas were off limits to entering. She told me that since this would be the first clean, it may take a little longer for a thorough clean, which I was totally fine with. So I left the apartment around 10, and took care of errands I needed done. About 5 hours later she contacted me and let me know that they were done and I was okay to come back. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and they walked me through the apartment showing what was cleaned and how things were organized. I was honestly 100% shocked with how good of a job she did, especially for the low price that she quoted me compared to others. Counters were spotless, and assorted items I left on the counter were neatly organized to declutter the place. Appliances looked even better than they did when I first arrived. I was thoroughly shocked, and couldn't be happier with the job she had done. Closets were not tampered with either, and according to my smart lock on my front door, they were in my apartment cleaning the whole time I was gone. I and 1000% satisfied, and will be going to her for my apartment cleanings!!! A few things to note: -Graca is from Brazil and speaks broken English, luckily her other cleaner was able to translate for her, but google translate may help with in person conversation. -some of my more sensitive items in my apartment(computer, back of TV, etc) were lightly dusted, so there was a little dust on them. When I have her come clean Next time I will let her know she can thoroughly dust them. -Graca takes cash, and Zelle, so if you don't have cash on you, she can take Zelle payments. -My fridge was overly packed with food when she came, so she was unable to take everything out of the fridge for a thorough cleaning. Totally my fault, but if you want the fridge cleaned, be sure to empty it!
