Update: So the other company that we booked cancelled on us due to the staff calling in sick the morning of the cleaning. I understand people get sick, but atleast ensure proper coverage for the same day for those situatuons. They couldn't find anyone to cover until after Christmas. At that point we were so disappointed and didn't want to work with them anymore, so I reached out to Ricky again. He was able to find a team to do the cleaning for immediately. This was for our post home renovation project, carpet and tiles removed and hardwood floors installed, so plenty of dust from the air pretty much coated every surface of kitchen bathroom and furniture that was even covered. Even though we tried to wipe it ourselves we needed a professional cleaning done. Ricky's team showed up and did an amazing job getting our place like new again. The tile dust from the bathroom tile demolition got all over our shower doors and tub, but it was spotless after. The kitchen cabinet doors didn't feel grimey anymore from the kitchen demo, and the new floors felt great after it was professionally cleaned. Thankfully our experience with the Lazono team was a complete 180° difference!! The price is unbeatable and the team was clean professional and verryyyy detail oriented. They not only cleaned the windows but even the tracks and all around the frame. They were careful with the screens and so respectful around our family. We were able to go about our day (3 adults a 3 year old and a dog) while they worked hard.

I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. I left for the weekend right after they finished and came home days later to an apartment filled with propane. Second, dealing with the owner was uncomfortable. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment. I appreciate the hard work of the cleaners, but the safety risk and management style are major red flags.
