Kinda bummed they took off the burgers from the menu. And the prices increased 25% due to inflation. The garlic shrimp is $17.99 now, used to be $13.99. The service is still good, i'd probably won't come here often for shrimp but i'll start trying their other stuff!! The mixed plates looks good. read more

I have only been to Pineapple Grill Texas once and I really enjoyed the food. This was my first experience of Hawaii style food. You order at the counter then you sit for the food to come out. The have picnic style table all in a role. Pretty fast service we went on Saturday for lunch had a good crowd but no wait. They do have specials on the board so look for the specials. I started with the Spam Musubi I love spam I know a lot of people hate spam but I love spam. This is a piece of spam wrap in rice and nori the taste was okay just not great not a nori fan. Then I had the 2 meat plate and 2 sides. I had the Chicken Katsu which is a fried chicken cutlet and Hawaiian BBQ beef, potato salad and rice. The food was very good and you get a bunch of food. I was happy with what I got but I will try something else next time. This location is not anywhere near me so I will have to go out of my way to go back. I will go back one day soon I hope. read more

Ordered online for pick-up and their service was so nice and friendly. They update their menu as frequently as possible. I had ordered the saimin and the owner called me to tell me that they weren't selling the that day. She offered me a refund for that portion too. When we arrived for our food, they had the order ready. Food was fresh and was filling. Their chicken katsu was a little dry, so it definitely needs sauce. But the chicken teriyaki was delicious and loved their spam musubi! Definitely recommend checking this place out! Support local businesses! read more

Rarely give any restaurant 5 stars, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with this restaurant. We arrived late for dine-in on Saturday. The decor, ambiance, customer service, and the speed of the service, all was great. We recently had Hawaiian Brothers and it wasn't as good as this, every meat item was premium, premium quality and premium flavors. The menu has changed, the number combinations are out. read more

In my search at finding new places to try near our house, I ran into this Hawaiian food place with great reviews. Our friend who recently moved here after having lived in Hawaii for 11 years was craving Hawaiian food so we decided to try this place. Upon first walking in, you walk along the right side of the restaurant and place your order at the register. They take your name and deliver your food to your table when it's ready. Our entire group of 5 decided to try the mixed plate with 2 meat options. My husband and I decided to each get the kalua (pork) and I ordered the teriyaki beef while he ordered the chicken. For sides, I had the rice and macaroni salad. He had the veggies and rice. Can I just say, the food was INCREDIBLE. 2 days later and I haven't stopped craving it. Our friend who liv d in Hawaii was also very impressed. Our group ended up ordering 6 spam musubi rolls to take home after we were done and they were also very tasty. I could go on about how good and fresh it all was but I'll just let you try it for yourself! So glad we found this place. read more

**Update: they stopped offering the pork belly sandwiches. I am beyond sad. I tried their cheeseburger but it's just not the same. My brother came in and also was disappointed and left with nothing in hand. Our whole reason of coming here was the pork belly sandwiches and my friends came here on my reviews for it too. I still like this place. They have good kalbi rice plate. My friends enjoyed their other dishes like shrimp plate. They Mac salad is good too. Their dessert seems to always run out before I can try their Guava cake.** I love pineapple grill! They used to be a food truck that frequented my apartment. I always enjoy their food. Now I'm so glad they have a storefront so I can eat it anytime I want! My brother and I would wait for their pork belly sandwiches when they ran out once. It's one of my favorites and I'm glad they have it on their permanent menu. Then lady who owns this place remembered me and my brother as we waited for the fresh batch of pork belly. I was surprised on this one, has good reviews out of the gate and there was not a full dining room tonight. This will be our go to Hawaiian spot in the DFW area! EASILY! Customer service is great! Supper friendly, you feel the aloha spirit Everything is really tasty! The teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken, rice, mac salad. Musubi. Everything! Garlic chicken was my favorite! Best garlic chicken I've ever had! I've never visited Hawaii so I have no idea how authentic it is but I know that the customers are often Hawaiian or Pacific Islanders so that's good enough for me. My favorite is the musubi although the smothered fries are delicious, too. I often order the Loco Moco. The pork is good, as well. I haven't tried their competitors because I'd rather support a local business than a chain. read more

I'm very very happy about this location opening so close to my house. :) Everything I have had here has been super delicious : Loco moco, spam musubi, pork squah soup, pinapple macadamia nut ice cream. I'm excited to keep coming back here to try more things. The owners have been super nice every time I've been there. The location is clean, very cute and welcoming. I love Hawaiian food and this place did not disappoint. The food smelled so good I couldn't help but sneak a taste in the car. The crispy chicken wings were so good and lived up to its name.... crispy! They were tasty as well and the fries had a good seasoning on them. Not salty at all. The mixed plate consisted of chicken katsu and Hawaiian beef. Came with two sides so I got rice and can't do Hawaiian food without macaroni salad. It was hard to decide which two meats to try but I'll come back to try the other options. I love spam musubi so I'll also be back for that! read more

I'm kind of obsessed with this place. I don't know why it's taken so long for me to try it, but my husband surprised me and picked up food from here and I've been back like twice in the past week. Their spicy poke is not on their menu but is available in restaurant and also on online ordering. It's priced INCREDIBLY well and so so tasty. The sauce they mix it with is perfect, great sesame seed oil flavor but not overpowering (and not really spicy tbh), but it is SUPER addictive. Their teriyaki chicken and beef is so tender and has a good flavor as well. Love their selection of fountain drinks and the restaurant itself is cute inside. Sorry for the photo: I already took a bite before I took the photo I was so hungry lol. Anyway honest review here. When they first started I wasn't really hooked coz it tasted plain BUT cheap price. Then after a year I went back again, MAN! I ordered the mixed plate burger steak and chiken! Danggg it tastes so good! Try it! I see that they've improved their food and they have expanded their dining area. I will definitely come back again next week or maybe tomorrow? The onion on the burger steak- the sauce in both are DELICIOUS.. I aso applaud the cashier guy- not sure if he's the owner but I see he treats every customer great.. read more

We really enjoyed the items we got here. They have a variety of things to choose from. When we walked in to pick up our order, poke was listed as a special on their wall. The garlic chicken wings have so much flavor!! If it weren't for the crinkle cut fries, I would give this place 5 stars. Some of my fries weren't thoroughly cooked all the way. The pineapple sauce is a little too sweet but still tasty. The pork belly sandwich is so good, and I highly recommend it. The spam masubis are huge and delicious! I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu here:) read more

Pros: delicious food cute decor workers were nice decent prices Cons: tables were dirty AC seemed to be out and their many fans didnt do anything surprisingly. Pineapple Grill Texas first started as a food truck located in Roanoke, TX. During that time we served at many private and public events. Eventually after a lot of hard work we have opened up our restaurant located in Hurst, Tx. We are grateful to our loyal customers for all the support they have given us!

Have you noticed that most dining out today is underwhelming? It seems to me the restaurants are using cheaper ingredients. Everything tastes bland. BUT NOT AT JUICY'S! The meal hit the spot for me. The wings are "whole wings," meaning there are no "drums" and "flats." Each wing at Juicy's is BOTH PARTS. It's the whole wing! I was full after just three but Bonnie grabbed the last one to "keep it from going to waste." (I think she was keeping it from going to MY waist...) The beans reminded me of my mom's pinto beans. The brown gravy on the potatoes reminded me of my grandmother's gravy at Thanksgiving. The cornbread was almost like cake. Even the music was great, featuring R&B and blues. We found ourselves humming along to the music as we feasted on the food. We're definitely going back.

The food- the burgers were enjoyed, the fries are a mound of floppy & oily potato strings. The chicken tenders were basic, and again floppy oily fries. The chicken fried steak was mostly salty thick breading with a small thick and hard to chew steak...but the mashed potatoes and gravy and pea salad were good. The onion rings are huge but again, floppy and oily. I'd say I'd give them another try but I don't want to waste my money on overpriced takeout!
