I understand that the condominiums are privately owned, so each will be differently furnished, and the individual experience will depend on which Condo you choose. I've had great condos here in the past for fair prices, but Condo d33 has been a terrible experience. The layout and furnishings are sub par, the appliances and furniture are cheap and not in working condition, and these problems have put a damper on our trip. The first problem we ran into is the quality of the furniture. Although the beds are very comfortable, the couch and chairs look like they'd be at a rummage sold for 10$. The cushions are thin and the wicker on the tables and chairs are peeling and need to be replaced. The lights in both bedrooms do not work, making it very difficult to navigate the rooms at night. The screen door is badly ripped, so we taped over it. In the guest bedroom the television is in the corner facing an angle where nobody can view it from the bed. The third day we walked in from the beach and there was soap all over the floor, the dishwasher had leaked soap and water all over the kitchen floor, and there were no mops or cleaning tools to clean it up.

There is also a separate entertainment room/ den on the 3rd floor that has a 55 inch flat screen SMART TV, which also has a Blu-ray DVD player. All the bedrooms have 42' SMART TV's and a large selection of channels through DIRECTV. The home also has WIFI boosters on every floor designed to help guests have a stronger Wifi connection throughout the whole home and even on the balconies and decks.

The parking permit and passcode is a nightmare. I still have not received confirmation of being permitted. Three different entities controlling codes for you to enter. Gate code, Parking permit and code and Unit access. The HOA and Management company was unavailable of course over the weekend 5 days into my stay I received a call . They credited me 552$ about 1/4 this was better than nothing . They were nice enough but there is no following up ir cleaning going on ..it is disturbing.

They could have cared less we were 14 hours from home Without a place to stay. We ended up staying in a hotel paying way more for last minute hotel rental.

The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

Its great coming to a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and set on a balcony and enjoy the crash of the waves. The sand has been cleaned down to 16 inches and it was decided to redo it down to 24 inches so the machines are working. you can still easily walk the beech and see no tar bars. The pool and hot tub at the condo makes it difficult to want to walk to the beech. There are a few for sale in this building (my friend is pissed cuz it's significantly lower from his cost) Stays full though with rentals right around the year. He uses Southern Resorts and this is unit 620 (he allows smoking)
