Shes a straight shooter and never sugar coated anything just to sell the house. Each time I needed to email, call, or text her, she would respond right away. If there was something that needed to be done, she was on it immediately. She had no hesitation when contacting my lender, the attorneys, inspectors, or anyone else needed talking to. She repeatedly showed us and spoke of property lines that were incorrect. The day before closing she stated that she was unaware and it was her fault for not checking further. She also stated she would give us her commission due to this negligence. On closing day, not only did she not forward her commission, we didn't even receive a welcome gift or a thank you card. From this point on, she has defended her stance with complete untruths, although the lender and title company are also aware of her misguidance. I hope that others choose a better realtor that does the legwork that you hire and pay them to do.
