I was approved for a VA grant to do the conversion. I set out to obtain quotes from multiple contractors. I hired CTG after meeting the supervisor John Roberts. He made it clear that the company would make sure my safety was priority and he assured me he could work with disabled veterans to meet their custom needs. A bench seat was designed to run along the back wall of my shower and grab bars were added in multiple locations in case of a vertigo spell. A handicap height toilet, and slip resistant vinyl tile was also needed. A man named Chris was the main contractor to do labor and installation. He is a seasoned professional and did a superb job laying my slip resistant vinyl bathroom tile. He knew exactly how to lay the tile pattern to make it look fantastic, and paid attention to detail. My shower and the seat he installed is sturdy and beautiful. My shower, tile, and handicap height toilet I am very pleased with. The supervisor John, made sure that I was completely satisfied with the final job. Before the job was started, I was able to meet with the company owner Bobby. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I felt confident in the company from start to finish. I think that this company's goal is customer satisfaction, and CTG as a team accomplished that for me. I will be hiring them again for future home renovation projects and will recommend them to my fellow veterans who may need their homes adapted.

I couldn't get by during business hours so I went after dark and shopped their slabs. They have a huge property, tons of slabs. I found 3 I was interested in. I called again and gave a salesperson the data right off the side of the slab and the guy was just confused as to what I could be asking about. Finally, he exclaims "Oh, it's an abbreviation!" I'm thinking: IDK!? It's YOUR inventory! Anyway, for white quartz, the price is $59/sq. If I said I'm shopping for white quartz, why tell me quartz starts at $49 if I'm going to come up there and find no white quartz for $49? Tell me during my first call that your white quartz starts at $59 or tell me what options are available for $49. Have a form email ready for bargain shoppers to show your cheapest granite and quartz. I will add that the receptionist at Superior Granite is phenomenal though. When you call a million places, someone as kind and gentle as her stands apart from the crowd.

After meeting several contractors (One of whom reeked of whiskey and cigarettes while giving the lowest bid.) we contacted Duane and it was the best decision we could have made. As with any major remodeling project "mission creep" happened and he not only helped us with the ceilings but he also took care of our flooring and replaced all 3 of our toilets in the process. The work was beautifully done and we could not be happier. Quite possibly the best part of working with Emerald Waters Construction was the fact that Duane ALWAYS ANSWERS HIS PHONE!!! Even on those rare occasions that he cannot answer he will always call back within minutes and that was a huge stress reliever for my wife and I during this major project. You cannot go wrong by hiring Emerald Waters Construction!!!
