He never communicated to us that he was not going to finish the job and left a pile of concrete debris in our backyard and the project unfinished. BLUF: Miserable business practices and mediocre work…read more Titan initially blew me away with their level of customer service. I had a rep come to my home, take numerous measurements and tell me all about how the structure would be built. I stated that I needed the sunroom completed by the end of April 2024 and they put in a clause that if it wasn't completed, the sunroom would cost my nothing. Titan even changed the contracts after I found a discrepancy with mine and I was more than happy to move forward. I signed the contract and waited. Then a second rep came out to retake all the measurements previously taken and I waited some more. And then crickets until I was told that the materials were being ordered (two and a half months after I paid the half up front deposit). Work finally started the last week of April ( just 7 days shy of the deadline) and I was initially happy with how it was going. I asked a bunch of questions, had to correct the builders on layout because it turns out the first Rep lied about how the structure would be built on several levels. During construction, the electrician's helper stepped through my kitchen ceiling which i don't blame Titan for but it seems they put their trust in lack luster contractors as well. Work was "completed" on the last day of April and the permit inspector called to let me know that he would be inspecting three days later. During the inspection, it was discovered that the electricians never pulled a permit to begin with and the sunroom builders never stopped construction to get the in process inspection completed which required a portion of the structure to be dismantled. A separate crew from the first dismantled and rebuilt the structure and did a miserable job sealing it which required the lead of the original crew to come back out and correct. Since this was WELL past the deadline, I made the joke with the crew lead that " hey , I guess I got a free sunroom now". Within three minutes, the GM called me asking what I meant. This conversation culminated in him raising his voice to me several times and threatening to file a lien immediately that Monday morning if I didn't release payment. My argument that work wasn't completed because the permit wasn't sign off and required that the structure be dismantled to complete said permit didn't matter. I never once raised my voice in return, or acted unprofessional in any manner to the GM. After the tile work began, I found out how out of square the walls are. 1/4" out over 16". Had I had any idea of what I'd experience, I would have chosen a different company in a heartbeat.

I hired A Cut Above in April 2026 for their Premium Lawn Care Plan at $481/month to maintain my…read morelate parents' home in Pensacola while it was on the market. The plan includes per-visit weed control, bed maintenance, string trimming, and edging. By August, neighbors sent me photos: grass growing up through the fence pickets, no edging along the walks, and beds full of mature, seeded-out weeds. All of that is work the plan covers on every visit. This wasn't a missed week. It was weeks of mow-and-go while I was billed for full service. What happened when I raised it is the real reason for this review: - Aug 11: Emailed photos. Got an apology within minutes and a promise of a site visit that Thursday. No one came. - Aug 14: Emailed to ask if the visit happened. No response. - Called and left a voicemail. Someone called back and promised it would be handled by Monday. Monday came and went. - It took a fourth contact before a crew finally came out and did the work properly, two weeks after my first complaint. No credit, no discount, no acknowledgment for months of substandard service. When I cancelled at closing, I was charged another ~$120 to close out the account. When a crew finally came out, they did what the plan required, and everyone I spoke with was polite. But polite promises that don't happen aren't service. If you can't be on-site to check the work yourself, I'd think twice.

The footer is not level, therefore the wall is 1/2 a foot higher on one end than on the other. The job was very poorly planned, resourced and executed. The owner clearly bit off more than he could chew. Builders used wood in an attempt to shore up the gap between the West and East side of the wall. They treated my property like a dumping ground leaving cigarette buts, packages, soda cans and food wrappers each day they came. When I politely asked them to use my trash can, they were offended. The owner removed the crew to put them on a different job, no doubt paid them with my down payment money, and abandoned my job for over three weeks. I threatened to sue him and only then he returned and had begun to build the wall again by his self (No Crew). At this point in time his quality of work was so poor I ran him off. He became so angry that he poured wet cement on my lawn, dumped crumbled hardened cement on my rock way leading to my driveway and took my sand that I had paid for. This company has no business ethics, no integrity and no customer care whatsoever so ever. I advise anyone to pass on SEA construction. They are a very bad company to do business with.
