I spent over $400 for this "repair" and they only patched it with material that isn't allowed to be used, and did not service the line correctly according to industry standards. Not only that, they broke my garden shovel while digging up the dirt and when I requested a refund, they read my message and left it on read instead of reaching out for a solution or reimbursement. I cant say enough good things about Claudio and the guys at all about pavers. They did a beautiful…read morejob on a retaining that spanned our backyard around the pool. They worked with us every single step of the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, including a couple of extra trips out in the planning phase just to make sure everyone was on the same page. However, we had some damage to some…read moreof the pavers and thought we could use pavers left over from our initial installation 1.5 years ago, which Claudio said that he would hold for us. However, when we asked about this, he said that he would have to order a whole new pallet of pavers (which, of course, drives the cost way up). What happened to the pavers he was supposed to hold for us? Also, prior to the damage, we noticed a problem with some of the pavers sinking down somewhat where we drive our vehicles. My wife asked Claudio on the initial consult, before putting the pavers in, if the pavers would support our RV, and he told her that they would. We asked to have that repaired under the 5-year warranty, but then he became very rude and belligerent and stated that he had never paid any claim previously under the warranty. I now see why. Beware of dishonest business practices.
