Was fully involved with all details to include style floor, recessed ceiling and lights, Huge walk-in closet, with storage space above similar to loft style. Bathroom is built like Jack and Jill style. Extremely happy with the results!

Horrible Customer Service. The only reason I gave them at least a one is because his workers…read moreactually did a decent job. However, if you value customer service, if you feel like you should be presented with samples and past work to choose from, if you feel you should receive return calls from this business in a reasonable amount of time, and last if you do not value integrity from someone providing you a service please do not make the mistake I made. Check other businesses in this area that will provide honest and old fashioned customer service. It maybe a lost art but I value it and expect it as I am an active duty service member of 29.5 years and this is not what I expect from a small business in our community. I should have known from the start when I presented Jeff with the security deposit of $2,000 that he said he was not going to cash the check until I ga e him the green light. He wanted to hold onto it since I was leaving TDY in a few days so that if I decided we would go with him while I was TDY he would then cash it. WRONG....Jeff cashed the check that same day. That was clue #1. So now that he has cashed the check after telling me he would not he still failed to provide samples of what he could do, itemized list of exactly what I was paying for, and I felt like we had to pull teeth to get the info out of him. I have the texts to proove it. He also stated that while I was gone for the 3 weeks he would have the job done before I got back. WRONG!!!!!! I can back and nothing was started. Now I understand people may get busy but not once did he contact me and tell me there was going to be a delay. I had to make ALL the calls and inquire. Is that too much to expect? Lastly, now that the work is done, after a week I noticed some sunken areas and there seems to be some unfinished work that his workers need to come back and assess. I have called them twice and left messages. Still no return call from this company. Please seek another business. I have never been treated like this as a customer and hope no one else in this area goes through this. I will ensure all my neighbors know not to use this company. Ray

We purchased a house that had previously had a lot of trees causing root damage to the driveway…read more Ronnie and his crew came out and removed the old, cracked concrete and poured new cement for us. They did an excellent job!! He was very good about communicating what and when everything was going to happen, and it was all done within a few days. They were professional in every way. We highly recommend them!!

Ronnie has low prices but that's the end of the good news. He took 34 days to do my 18x20 driveway…read moreand a 16x22 slab. I hired him to do my 12x34 patio slab and it went well so I hired him for a bigger project a few days later. Each day he showed up he was asking for another 4, 5, or 6 grand. He was at the 90% mark of the $32K quote and still hadn't done the driveway yet. The dumpster company that he contracted to put the old concrete in called me and said they were putting a lien on my house because he refused to pay them after they'd hounded him. I wonder if he ever paid for the concrete delivery or will I have an additional $4,000 lien to deal with? I told him about the lien and he assured me he was taking care of it. Nope. The dumpster company thinks I'm giving them the run around, still demanding $400 on top of my incomplete job that I now have to pay someone else thousands to finish. In 29 days he was at my house just 7 days and never more than about 5 hours per trip. He removed the driveway and framed it out but then I waited weeks for the concrete. He constantly had 'relatives' with emergencies (some out of town) that required him to vanish for days on end, always right after I gave him another $5K. He's fine for small jobs but don't do anything over 12x30 or you'll be hearing the stories. The dumpster driver sent me a text where he told the dumpster company he was so broke he could only put down 3 to 4 inches of concrete instead of the 6 inches he said he was putting down. He told me several times "they all crack, just get used to it". I should have checked the BBB site for complaints because there were several. All the BBB complaints read the same: incomplete or improper jobs that he refuses to correct or refund. After seeing all the complaints here and elsewhere I doubt I'll get my $6,000 back for the work he didn't do even if I take him to court. Serial scam artist, apparently the concrete guys are not required to be licensed or bonded so there's no recourse to get satisfaction with the county/city/state and they know it. I tipped each member of his crew any time they actually worked more than a couple hours and even bought all 10 of them lunch. Can't believe this guy is still in business, he showed up late the last day when I told him not to come back that someone else was doing the rest of the job and he said "I sure wish you would've told me that before I bought this $200 worth of supplies", as if I had put him in a bad financial way somehow. That showed me he still had no awareness or understanding of how bad the situation was at all. 12 sunny cloud free days in that span without anyone showing up at all, no answer to calls or texts or explanation as to why they didn't show. Buyer beware.
