No issues checking in or out. The layout of the Hotel is ok with accessible entrances nearer to your room and car to be used with the same key for your room. This is cool so you don't have to only use the front entrance constantly. The issues really only were with the morning time. Most places have a designated quiet time from 10pm to 8am. As far as I know that was the case here. This Quality Inn draws I suppose truckers which is fine but one of them had his truck idling right outside the window of my room which was very disturbing. It must've been about 5am and it idled on and on and on. I know this isn't really the fault of Quality Inn per se, but it may be a good idea for them to reinforce the rule of being quiet in and around the building. Take note of this Quality Inn and address that if you're reading this. The next disturbance definitely was on them though, the maintenance/housekeeping person was vacuuming the hallway at a little after 7am. I could hardly believe it. It was very loud and unnecessary. Unless there was a huge mess on the floor, I don't see any reason to be cleaning that early in the morning. I didn't raise any complaints about this but again if this happens to be read by Quality Inn, take note that it was a noisy stay. The breakfast offerings weren't the best, but they did have nice cranberry juices and the waffle maker. That was about it. Eggs had to be refilled and even then, they weren't great nor were they warm. Biscuits and gravy weren't warm. This was about 8am so there was still a whole hour left of breakfast time. Beyond this, Quality inn wasn't horrible, except for the instances of noise in the morning which really brought down the experience.

Finally get a human night before arrival date and gal tells us we don't have an ADA ROOM because it's not in the block of rooms reserved. Why would that matter??? We reserved the room long before the date. It's our policy she says. However no one told us when we reserved the room and no one bothered to call us. Then when we try to cancel they will not refund our money!!! We need a ADA ROOM, they did not serve us as a paying customer and we should not have been charged. Best Western do better. Hotels in general need to do better to accommodate those who need ADA ROOM. One room per hotel is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I thought it was resolved the next day I get a charge for both nights. At very least we should get the second night since they knew over 24 hours that we're not coming. The other night because we were there- we were trying to fulfill reservation we made. Joe was rude. He initially said right dates the took it back when I was getting upset. We did not mind this at all, it felt secluded and romantic! The spa rooms were really cool! I LOVED the sand room! I wish we'd known they do massages; I would have booked some for us, but maybe they don't offer those in the off-season. The downtown location is awesome, it's so close to restaurants, bars, and Moccasin Springs. We will absolutely stay here again!!

Quite the contrary. Number 13 was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My host was friendly and helpful when it came to suggesting a place for dinner. Though trying to follow his directions found me at an oil refinery. LoL! Again, no GPS. I eventually backtracked and ended up where I started to. Quick Tip: At your next stop at a store, pick up some cheap double AA batteries and shove them into your suitcase. You'll be glad you did when your remote for the TV doesn't work. No having to go through the hassle of getting dressed and making your way to the front desk or waiting for maintenance to get to your room. Just pop them in, and you're set. As I had to do at The Pines. It didn't take but a minute before I could watch the mindless dribble which spewed forth. Oh, don't forget to pull your batteries before you leave. You'll undoubtedly need them down the road.

I didn't want to spend a lot because this was just going to be used for sleep during a nice little road trip. The owner actually was outside when we pulled up late(930pm) and he was very helpful and gave us the room key. The room was small and quaint very clean very vintage feeling. The bed was very comfortable it was soft but firm and did not feel old. Very quiet environment no loud noises even early in the morning. Also, a very cute area outside for lounging around. I would highly recommend staying here!
