The stay here at Quality Inn wasn't the worst but wasn't without its problems. The usual rundown - clean room, friendly staff, everything was in order for the most part. No issues checking in or out. The layout of the Hotel is ok with accessible entrances nearer to your room and car to be used with the same key for your room. This is cool so you don't have to only use the front entrance constantly. The issues really only were with the morning time. Most places have a designated quiet time from 10pm to 8am. As far as I know that was the case here. This Quality Inn draws I suppose truckers which is fine but one of them had his truck idling right outside the window of my room which was very disturbing. It must've been about 5am and it idled on and on and on. I know this isn't really the fault of Quality Inn per se, but it may be a good idea for them to reinforce the rule of being quiet in and around the building. Take note of this Quality Inn and address that if you're reading this. The next disturbance definitely was on them though, the maintenance/housekeeping person was vacuuming the hallway at a little after 7am. I could hardly believe it. It was very loud and unnecessary. Unless there was a huge mess on the floor, I don't see any reason to be cleaning that early in the morning. I didn't raise any complaints about this but again if this happens to be read by Quality Inn, take note that it was a noisy stay. The breakfast offerings weren't the best, but they did have nice cranberry juices and the waffle maker. That was about it. Eggs had to be refilled and even then, they weren't great nor were they warm. Biscuits and gravy weren't warm. This was about 8am so there was still a whole hour left of breakfast time. Pretty worn down. Beds and pillows are comfortable. My 4th time here, but unsure that I would stay again since it keeps declining. Bathroom floor has little bugs...maybe tiny ants that were gnat sized. Breakfast is tolerable. Bathtub drain looks grody, but more due to age and hard water. She handled the front desk when I checked, was there in the hallway making sure my room was ok, was at the breakfast room the next morning making sure everything was perfect, and was even supervising the maid service staff when I left. The employee who checked me in was nice. The room is reasonably clean. The walls are very thin and the other people in this place are rude assholes. Loud voices in the hallway and rooms until after midnight. Then they woke me up at 5a, yelling across their room, into the hallway, and slamming their doors. MY door and walls were shaking from all the slamming. Why do I bother keeping my dog quiet to respect others when adult humans are clearly incapable of being respectful to anyone else? The hotel clearly doesn't think insulating the walls is at all important. Stay elsewhere if you actually want or need to sleep over night so you are able to function all day. read more

This was one of my worst overnight stays ever ! Starting at the check in with 2 employees chatting to each other ignoring the customer in front of them. When they did turn to address me there was no greeting,no smile just here you go. The room smelled stale and the bed sheets smelled like a wet towel. I seldom get a late enough start to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but my schedule allowed it this time. I got there at 6 AM sharp which is the start time for breakfast. There was no coffee ! I went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation, noone there. The eggs were room temperature and the other offerings were minimal. Those are my complaints, the other complaints from other people present at breakfast are as follows : Tv turned off. Can't find anyone to turn tv on. Gravy is room temperature. No coffee from lot's of people. Noone at front desk or answering paging phone. When I went to drop off my key card the man behind the desk didn't raise his head from his texting while mumbling thank you. Start to finish it was a bad stay, never again. read more

I have stayed at this hotel 12 times in about the last year or 14 months. I will not stay again. The staff is always very unfriendly. They never they don't even say please or thank you or offer any pleasantries. I have stayed in room 201 a number of times and the toilet seat is so dirty and grimy with oilfield dirt. They never replace it. The hotel is in somewhat of a shady area of town down by the railroad tracks. The breakfast room is very narrow and small. They are nearly almost always out of eggs and when they do replace the eggs with a cup or two of them, they are pretty gross. However last night really took the cake. I like to sleep with the TV on low. Let me give you a little background that I stay in hotels 6 to 10 nights per month. My family owned motel where we lived when I was growing up and I worked at motels through college. I have never heard of anything like what happened to me last night. The person in the room next to me had a do not disturb sign on their door from the time I arrived around 5 p.m. I only had one neighbor because they always put me at the noisy rooms on the end by the main doors. Anyway, the manager called me up at 3 a. m. and told me that I needed to turn off my TV because it was 3 a. m. He didn't ask me to turn it down or express that another guest had called with an issue. He just told me that it was 3 a.m. and I shouldn't have my TV on. He woke me from a dead sleep. I want to getting so annoyed that I could never go back to sleep. I checked out between 5 and 5: 30 a. m. And he never asked me how my stay was. Needless to say I did not get my cruddy breakfast. This shithole. Went to get breakfast And my room key stopped working. No big deal, right? No. No one was at front desk. Didn't answer phone or handset pager. I looked for 45 min for the front desk guy, who was apparently sleeping upstairs in one of the rooms, but didn't answer my knocks. I only deduct this because i traced the handset beeping to said room. Housekeeping lady spoke zero English and apparently doesn't have a key to the rooms she cleans. I even tried to reprogram my room key with the machine behind the desk. I tried calling other hotels. Guy finally appeared with zero explanation and no apology. And now my day is fucked. Looking for a low price hotel and found this location. When we pulled up it looked vacant and felt a little worried. Fromt desk said most people show up after work hours. Rooms were clean and great place for the price. Front desk was friendly. Only issue was the bag breakfast do to Covid.(6/21) Another hotel in same state served breaking so it wasn't a statewide mandate. Bag breakfast was ok and they had coffee. We checked in at 10:15pm and the front desk associate assigned us a room on the second floor. After getting ourselves unpacked, our infant child put to bed, and our dog settled the night manager, Mark, knocked on our door and informed us that the front desk associate put us in a room that was not pet-friendly-Mark blamed the front desk associate, saying that she was new and shouldn't have put us in that room because it was not pet friendly. After explaining that we had just put our 3month old to bed, Mark gave us a room key to a first floor room and told us that we HAD to move. Respectfully, but begrudgingly, we moved all of our bags, dog, and infant to the new room. We understood that a mistake was made and accepted it. * Side note-It took us 45 extra minutes to put our very upset, crying infant back to sleep.* In the morning, my husband tried to talk to the front desk manager, Robin, about our experience. To begin, Robin told us that there was a note in our file explaining that we were moved because someone on the floor below us complained that "people were running around above them".Robin said this very matter of fact as if that was going to appease us. This had the opposite impact.the fact is that we were not moved because of a hotel policy, rather because Mark didn't want to handle the situation in a professional manner. Obviously this made us very upset because THE NIGHT MANAGER MARK LIED TO US ABOUT THE REASON WE WERE MOVED!! After explaining to Robin that Mark had lied to us, my husband commented that the level of service that we were provided was unsatisfactory. Robin got very rude and defensive. She stated "sir, this is not MY hotel". My husband asked "Aren't you the manager of this hotel?" to which she replied "Yes." At that point, my husband realized that Robin did not take pride in her job or the experiences of the guests. My husband asked for half a refund based on our poor experiences and Robin rudely said verbatim " I can't give you a credit because your room, well TWO ROOMS, have already been stayed in." read more
