terrible customer services from the man in sunglasses at night time behind the counter my bf and i went in to pre pay for diesel and to use the restroom he told us we couldn't park our semi at the fuel station because other trucks were not going to be able to fuel mind you there were no other semis out there so we took our business elsewhere not a very welcoming place and very unprofessional for the man at the counter to be wearing shades in the store at night read more

The ladies at the counter were amazing, food my and professional. They all have lived up n the town most of their lives and have given us a history lesson that amazed me. The store really didn't have much to choose from, maybe the truck didn't come in or someone robbed them of all their snacks. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and stocked. Funny the restrooms stocked but the shelves weren't. When I say stocked restrooms I mean extra tissue, hand lotion on the counter along with paper towels to open the door. Three ladies I don't know your names but that for the history lesson I hope your truck will get there soon. read more

I'm glad my marriage is secure. The attendant actually gave my husband her number after she rang us up TOGETHER and I walked outside with our stuff. Balls! My husband came outside laughing hysterically and told me that he had been warned about her before we even moved to South Dakota! Like, this chick is famous across the Midwest for this behavior!!! read more

Really great stop for snacks and bathrooms. Restrooms very clean. Large selections of drinks and snacks. There is a Subway inside if you want something more substantial. They also have a bunch of cute souvenirs and knick knacks to peruse. read more

Coffee Cup is one of the nicest and cleanest truck stops I have been to in all my travels throughout the US. The only reason for 4 stars is that they serve Caribou Coffee but they do NOT take Caribou rewards or gift cards since they are not a full service Caribou location. They should advertise this to avoid annoyed customers (like me) but that niggle aside, this place is the perfect pit stop when traveling through the Southern Black Hills. read more

Very clean stop. Great fueling stations for diesel RV's. tandem diesel pumps as well as DEF fuel at same pump. Long handled windshield washing cleaners along with step ladders for easy reach. Subway inside and a quick mart. Truck/RV accessories are pretty limited, but have a good selection of basics if in a pinch. Also has a dump station and nice parking areas for RV's especially if pulling a TOAD. read more

Gas station in the middle of nowhere that has everything you need. Great place to stop in the middle of the day or night to get something to fill up on besides gasoline. Bathrooms are clean as well as the whole store. Also has a variation of things to get if you need something to eat or drink. read more

Stopped in during a cross country road trip to top off gas and use the restroom. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to buy ice for the cooler (3 people were helped before me in a separate line without helping me first despite being there first with a bag of ice in my hand) my partner returned from the bathroom and whispered to me that I shouldn't go in there because the ads in the bathroom were upsetting to her as a whyte person with an indigenous partner. Then we were very herself told caribou gift cards wouldn't work there so we just got the ice and left as fast as possible. 1 star for terrible customer service, length of time waitng and being too afraid to use the bathroom. Not a welcoming place. read more

This is a convenient and clean location. However, our trip was briefly set on a negative tone by the lady at the counter. She offered up some of the rudest customer service we have encountered. We stopped for snacks, a bathroom break, and Caribou Coffee. It was apparent as soon as we walked in the door she did not want to take any coffee orders, as she kept directing us to the self-serve coffee machine behind us. Upon ordering, her short, abrupt response was "we don't have that", repeatedly. After several attempts to order something else or ask what was available, most of us gave up and walked away, ordering nothing and buying nothing else in the store. One member of our party did end up getting a coffee and she handed over the caramel pump bottle and told her to put in what she wanted. We'll be making our pit stops on this trip elsewhere from here on. read more

This place is excellent. The coffee was the best part as well as the very clean toilets. They have sandwiches, muffins etc and there's a subway attached. There's also lots of space for RV gas fill up. If your familiar with Texas bucees, the this is like a mini version read more
