We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. I made a…read morecouple of calls over several months to ask about automatic gate openers, and Josh always took my calls and was so helpful in guiding me to purchase a Liftmaste gate opener instead of one of the cheaper brands. It was obvious that I was not going to purchase from them (they sold only high end equimpment)- yet he still spoke to me as if I were a paying customer on a couple of occasions. After purchasing a Liftmaster online from another company and installing it myself I ran into alot of problems. I needed local help and there did not seem to be anyone that had the expertise that Northwest Fence did with automatic gate openers. I called Josh and explained my problem, and to my surprise he had a gate expert at my Ranch the next day. He evaluated my installation, and spent almost an hour with me troubleshooting possible problems. They did not charge me for this visit, and honestly- MOST companies would charge for a service call. The expert that came out (who preferred to be un-named) was very kind, and sympathetic to the mess I had got myself into- got me on the right track to solving my problems. So, I dont know who the people writing low star reviews worked with, but the professionalism, kindness, and depth of knowledge exhibited by Northwest Fence, in my opinion was 6 stars. I hope for the chance to work with them in the future. If you are considering a fence or gate opener- I hope you will call them. First we…read morewere told that OSB price went way up and that plywood was actually cheaper and that feared other pricing would go up. My hubby said fine, use plywood and get the bldg ordered. But Stan kept putting off ordering building and then when he went to order, he called and said the price went way up and that the company wanted the building 100% paid for up front and my hubby said okay, I'll write a check to them because then they won't need to put a lien on my property. (He had told us it's customary for a company to put a lien on a person's property until the building is paid for and then it's released.) And Stan blew up and said oh no, you can't do that. You have to write the check to us and I then write a check to them. "You don't trust me then", he said to my husband and my husband was like, no, but it's not about trust it's about being a smart consumer. Also, we have a motorhome and Stan had first asked if we'd be able to move it to the end of our driveway when the time came for the guy to come to do the groundwork. We said yes. Then later he told us that it had to be moved completely off the property or it would be in the way. We have a big, wide, long driveway and my hubby there's plenty of room and then Stan started saying that it would tear up our driveway and probably our yard too and that I needed to be prepared for that. So my hubby was asking him more about that because we don't want everything tore up and we'd talked about the equipment/truck they'd be bringing and he'd never said anything about that before. It felt as though he was trying to make US back out, like he really didn't want to do our building after all because they were kind of slammed with another project that wasn't going right and then they had a really big project to do after ours and ours was being pushed back a bit because of the supply chain, he said. He got real squirrely toward the end so I don't really know why he flaked on us. So now all of our stuff is around our yard that was in the storage building we tore down in anticipation of the new shop and here we are into September and the chances of finding someone else to do it THIS FALL is nil. So he's really left us with a mess.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.
